Casa Querencia is designed for guests who value privacy, peace, and plenty of space to relax together. Expansive balconies and outdoor areas provide comfortable places to enjoy the tropical surroundings, while mountain and rainforest views create a peaceful backdrop.

The private four-bedroom configuration accommodates up to eight guests. Each bedroom offers a comfortable private retreat with an en-suite bathroom and access to balconies overlooking the rainforest.

The private infinity pool faces the lush tropical landscape and surrounding mountains. Pool loungers are available for relaxing in the sun or shade.

Inside, spacious living and dining areas give your group room to gather. Large windows and glass doors bring the surrounding rainforest indoors, while multiple balconies and patios offer additional outdoor living space.

A separate media and game room includes:

Wildlife is one of the highlights of staying at Casa Querencia. Monkeys are frequent visitors, and guests may also see toucans, scarlet macaws, sloths, and other tropical wildlife in the surrounding canopy.

Querencia means “the place where you feel most at home,” a fitting name for a villa centered on comfort, privacy, and the quieter side of Manuel Antonio.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house except for the additional two bedrooms, which remain closed and are not rented separately.

Important Information About Your Stay

Private Four-Bedroom Configuration

This reservation includes four bedrooms for up to eight guests. The villa’s additional two bedrooms remain closed and are never rented separately. Your group will have exclusive use of the available villa spaces and private pool.

Housekeeping and Laundry

For last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping is provided every other day. Additional maid service may be arranged for $25 per day.

Guests do not have direct access to the villa’s laundry facilities. Personal laundry can be handled by the housekeeping staff.

Private Chef

Private chef experiences may be arranged through the Escape Villas concierge team. Food and beverages are additional.

Security Deposit

A refundable cash security deposit of $400–$500, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover damage or missing items. The deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage or missing property.

Quiet Residential Setting

The villa is located in a residential area with neighboring homes. Parties, excessive noise, and additional unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

Stairs and Accessibility

Casa Querencia is a multi-level home with numerous stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or very young children who require close supervision.
