The Space
Casa Querencia is a deluxe, fully air-conditioned villa situated high above Manuel Antonio at the end of a quiet road. The villa offers 4+ bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, featuring majestic views of Costa Rica's highest peaks, lush jungle, and the distant Pacific Ocean. Nestled within a tropical jungle, Casa Querencia (which means "the place you feel most at home" in Spanish) remains conveniently close to beautiful beaches, vibrant shopping areas, and excellent restaurants.

The villa boasts spacious common areas including a large living room and an open kitchen/dining room with expansive glass doors that open to welcome cool evening breezes. A game room equipped with a pool table and a large-screen TV provides an ideal spot for gatherings.
The bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with individual air conditioning and most featuring en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom may have balcony access furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing while observing local wildlife such as monkeys and exotic birds.
The private pool area includes multiple loungers and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and rainforest.
Guest Access
Guests renting the villa have full access to the entire house except for two additional bedrooms that are not available for separate rental.

Health and Safety Measures
To ensure your safety, we follow guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Costa Rican Ministry of Health regarding sanitation and social distancing:
- Hosts maintain social distancing during guest reception
- Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance at all times
- Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks consistently
- The villa is thoroughly disinfected before guest arrival and after departure
- The property is exclusively reserved for your group, with no shared spaces with strangers
Additional Information
- For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is provided every other day. Additional maid services can be arranged for $25 per day. Please ask your host to schedule and for more details.
- Guests do not have access to laundry facilities; the maid will handle laundry services.
- A refundable cash deposit of $400 to $500 (depending on group size) is required at check-in to cover any damages or missing items.
- The villa is located near neighbors; therefore, loud parties and extra guests are not permitted without prior host approval.

Beautiful home with Mountain Views. Very spacious with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. A lot of wildlife including capuchin and squirrel monkeys!

This house was amazing. Everything you needed was there and there are 4 patios. The large living room with a huge sectional sofa was nice to relax after a day enjoying the sights. We will certainly come again

Our stay was peaceful. The home is located in the middle of the jungle but with amenities close by. Beautiful mountain views and lots to see. Air conditioners throughout the home made the stay comfortable. The home was kept clean on the daily by property management. Always came back to a clean house. I recommend this home if you want peace and sounds of nature.

Super well-equipped house, with everything you need for large family groups. Beautiful view, you feel like you're in the middle of the forest and we could see several sloths very close. Excellent service, cleanliness and all the amenities. It is not a recommended house for the elderly, people with reduced mobility or small children just walking because the house has several floors and many stairs.

What an amazing house! it was much bigger than what we needed for just our family and was more amazing than the pictures can do justice. We would love to come back with a larger group of families and use even more of the amenities offered. With a car, we found the location to be perfect. it was secluded enough and surrounded by nature (we saw monkeys, iguanas, dried fruits, etc.) yet we could get to activities and restaurants in just a few minutes. we didn't walk anywhere from the house but it is absolutely possible.

Best Airbnb we've stayed at after years of traveling! Location was excellent: walking distance to restaurant (Cerdo Feliz) and a mini-market, and a short drive to all the Manuel Antonio and Quepos hot spots. Amazing wildlife and jungle surrounds the house, from all sides. The multiple terraces allow private viewings of the surrounding area for each family member, which is perfect for families or friends traveling together, but want privacy and alone time on their terrace/balcony. Paula (housekeeper) and Charlie (host) were extremely kind and helpful. House was immaculate, with air-conditioning throughout the entire house. Swimming pool was a perfect respite from the heat for our family of seven. Approximately four levels with stairs throughout, which made the house seem spacious and upscale. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a BBQ grill on the deck adjacent to kitchen. All rooms were en suite. My family and I highly recommend this home and we definitely will be back!

This house was so amazing. It was very spacious and comfortable in both the bedrooms and living areas. So many amazing porches to see wildlife. Very close to many amazing dining options and beaches.
