Nestled within a tropical jungle, Casa Querencia (which means "the place you feel most at home" in Spanish) remains conveniently close to beautiful beaches, vibrant shopping areas, and excellent restaurants.

The villa boasts spacious common areas including a large living room and an open kitchen/dining room with expansive glass doors that open to welcome cool evening breezes. A game room equipped with a pool table and a large-screen TV provides an ideal spot for gatherings.

The bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with individual air conditioning and most featuring en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom may have balcony access furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing while observing local wildlife such as monkeys and exotic birds.

The private pool area includes multiple loungers and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and rainforest.

Guest Access

Guests renting the villa have full access to the entire house except for two additional bedrooms that are not available for separate rental.

Health and Safety Measures

To ensure your safety, we follow guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Costa Rican Ministry of Health regarding sanitation and social distancing:

• Hosts maintain social distancing during guest reception
• Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance at all times
• Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks consistently
• The villa is thoroughly disinfected before guest arrival and after departure
• The property is exclusively reserved for your group, with no shared spaces with strangers

Additional Information

• For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is provided every other day. Additional maid services can be arranged for $25 per day. Please ask your host to schedule and for more details.
• Guests do not have access to laundry facilities; the maid will handle laundry services.
• A refundable cash deposit of $400 to $500 (depending on group size) is required at check-in to cover any damages or missing items.
• The villa is located near neighbors; therefore, loud parties and extra guests are not permitted without prior host approval.
