Location

We are located 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from Moyogalpa, the main port of entry onto the island. Our property is far enough off the beaten path to provide a unique experience. The lakefront is just a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to see how locals live along the trail.

The Space

Many travelers have enjoyed our embedded community village-style living and our proximity to the local entrance of Volcano Concepción, which is also a 15-minute walk away. This experience is perfect for nature lovers and offers a genuine, unedited view of island life.

You will have full access to our surroundings. Many guests enjoy taking photos of the natural beauty, including animals, birds, plants, and scenery.

During Your Stay

We live on-site and interact with guests while respecting their privacy. We are happy to offer local guidance and point you in the right direction. Our family has been native to the island for seven generations. Spanish is our first language, but we are also fluent in English.

Other Things to Note

Come here to relax and unwind off the beaten path. You can swim in a very secluded swim hole, walk numerous public and private nature trails, mingle with locals, and even visit local schools for a cultural experience among local youth.

We are glad to arrange rentals for scooters, motorcycles, quads, cars, and 12-passenger vans, as well as guided hikes of Volcano Concepción. We also offer popular in-house natural medicine treatments, including:
