The Space
This beautiful condo is located directly on Medano Beach, a swimming beach. Villa la Estancia is a privately owned luxury condominium complex just a 10-minute walk from the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas.
We own two villas at Villa la Estancia:
- One offers spectacular views of the arch and the pools.
- The other is on the ground floor and overlooks a beautiful garden.
Both condos are equally gorgeous and feature:
- Luxury furnishings
- A United States phone line
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A laundry room
- A barbecue
- Additional amenities
Please note that September is the property's maintenance and construction month. Although you may not be affected, there is potential for loud noise. Construction is outside our control, and we cannot provide refunds for construction-related disruptions during September.

Wireless internet is available inside the condo and by the pool.
During Your Stay
My husband and I live in Cabo San Lucas part-time, so we are available if you need anything. If we are unavailable, Villa la Estancia offers a fabulous concierge service.

Everything was great. The location is beautiful. The restaurants were yummy. The pool is very peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. We got married at la estancia 17 years ago and the grounds look the exact same! The condo has plenty of room, very spacious! Just a short walk to downtown!

Sharla was always quick to respond and communication was a breeze. This unit is very spacious, and most would be envious of the very large patio. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but if you were planning to cook/entertain much, you wouldn't be disappointed spending time in the unit. It was very well appointed. We spent some time at the pool and beach in front of the condo, and both were great. The grounds are well manicured and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The main reason we chose this location was it's proximity to downtown. 15 min walk or a cheap cab ride, and your in the heart of the city. The food was amazing everywhere we went! Please, please take advantage of all the dining spots outside of the resort. From the $1.50 taco stands, to $30 entree's on the beach, to the 5 Star fine dining, we we're extremely impressed! There's nothing keeping me from recommending this place to anyone.
