The Space

Set across two lush waterfront lots, The Pink Orchid offers an exceptional level of privacy and open space in the West Bay area.

Unlike most homes in the neighborhood, the property provides almost complete privacy. One side is bordered by a lush tropical garden featuring more than 20 varieties of hibiscus, flowering plants, palms, and a shaded pergola overlooking the sea. On the opposite side, a natural creek and tropical hillside create a peaceful green buffer, giving the property the feeling of a secluded island sanctuary.

Wake each morning to panoramic views of the Caribbean and the world’s second-largest barrier reef. Enjoy coffee beneath mature tropical trees as hummingbirds move among the hibiscus, parrots and macaws soar overhead, and the gentle sound of the waves welcomes another day on Roatán.

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home and surrounding property, including:

You’ll also have access to the neighborhood dock and palapa, where you can launch the complimentary kayaks, snorkel the nearby reef, or catch a water taxi to West Bay or West End.

The only areas unavailable to guests are two owner’s closets and two locked owner’s cabinets used for personal storage.
