The Space
Please note that loud parties and events are not permitted. The house is located within a family condominium, so guests planning to host a party should rent another property. Music and noise are not allowed after 1:00 a.m.
With TopSpot®, guests do not pay Airbnb’s service fee while retaining full coverage and support.

The maximum capacity is 18 guests. Room 6 is a study that can be used as a bedroom and contains two single beds.

Guest Access
The condominium charges an entrance fee of 23,000 pesos (US$4.50) per person at the main gate. Children aged 12 and under are not charged.
This fee provides full access to the condominium’s facilities, including:
- Award-winning nine-hole, par-31 golf course*
- Three tennis courts*
- Running trails and hiking routes
- Old railroad and heritage bridges
- River and lakes
- Clubhouse
- Clubhouse swimming pool
- Cafeteria
- Children’s park
- Table tennis

Guests also have full access to the private villa, including:

- Towels and linens

- Kitchenware and tableware

*Golf course and tennis court access is available for a small additional fee.
Additional Information
The condominium entrance fee is 23,000 pesos (US$4.50) per person. Children aged 12 and under enter free of charge.
Housemaids are mandatory and cost 100,000 pesos (US$26) per day. One maid is provided for groups of fewer than eight guests, and two maids are provided for larger groups. They will clean, cook, and assist with your stay. Guests may enjoy a hearty traditional Colombian lunch or ask the maids to purchase fresh exotic tropical fruit from the local market.
An additional charge of US$30 per person per night applies for groups larger than 16 guests.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs are treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.
Pets are welcome for a fee of US$50 per pet per reservation.

It's a great house, very family-friendly, with an amazing view and very attentive and caring service staff. My family and I had a happy time. My only comment is that the condominium is a bit far from the town in terms of access, so I recommend arriving with groceries to avoid any problems :)

The ladies who help in the house are excellent. They cook delicious food. Mrs. Elsy in particular is super friendly and helpful. In short, she's the best of all. She was always attentive to everything. Her friendliness and kindness are invaluable. The host is really very stingy when it comes to providing service. In my case, I am a real estate consultant, and the client must be offered solutions to their requests, but on his part, it was a resounding NO. He didn't respond to any request we made. The house is quite neglected and needs a lot of maintenance. The showers have no water. In short, there are several little details that need to be checked.

The whole family was delighted, from the 1-year-old baby to the 70-year-old adult. The house and condo were just as we imagined and better. Elsy and Luz cooked delicious meals and were always attentive and willing to help. The weather was very nice. Despite the wind, some light drizzle, and the elevation, we didn't feel cold. The walk to the venue was a very nice adventure! (40 minutes at a slow pace) The birds and the sunrise were a spectacle! It is important to note that the car capacity is for 4 vehicles. It wasn't a problem because a neighbor allowed us to park one on her property. We'd love to come back.

This is a great place at a top location. The house is very well maintained and the dedicated personel was very friendly and cooking deliciously. The views are absolutely spectacular and there are good opportunities for birdwatching in the surroundings.

A beautiful place, super quiet, and the view is beautiful. Elsy and her partner were very helpful with all the chores; they are very friendly. The property is located just 15 minutes from Apulo, where you can find everything you need for your stay in terms of food. The place has everything you need; it's super spacious and comfortable, and the pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful. It's truly a place to relax with the family. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back.
