Built in 1980, the villa combines rustic character with a lush tropical setting. It is not a sleek, modern property; instead, its charm comes from its spacious layout, privacy, and authentic jungle atmosphere.
The property occupies the largest lot in Playacar and is surrounded by dense jungle, where you may spot local wildlife such as monkeys, toucans, and agoutis. Central air conditioning is available throughout the villa.

Security Deposit
Because the property is connected to Airbnb through API software, guests are responsible for any damage to the home. A fully refundable security deposit of $1,500 USD or a nonrefundable $59 fee is required outside the Airbnb platform. This will appear during Airbnb checkout, just below your total.
Services and Supplies
The swimming pool is cleaned each morning except Sundays. Groceries, drinking water, and other beverages are not provided. We recommend arranging supply delivery before your arrival.

We had a great time with our family and friends at this airb&b. The pool area was nice and beach was a close walking distance. The home is not like the upgraded modern homes but really liked that it felt like a real spanish home.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and felt very safe in the community. Communication from Daniel and Kimberly was excellent - they were very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Would love to go back!

Great space, beautif house, in a very nice quiet neighborhood, and the beach is just a few steps away from the property, we all felt safe and enjoyed our stay, We would go back to this location for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mayan Breeze ! The grounds were amazing we saw so much wild life which our kids loved !! It is walking distance to the beach and shops ! Truly the best area. Our only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer !! We will definitely be returning to spend more time .. we loved the traditional feel of the home & honestly the location & grounds are unbeatable

Our stay was incredible. My children really enjoyed the pool, and we loved the spacious and comfortable house. Everything worked perfectly. We plan to return soon. The area was very quiet and safe. The security staff was very dedicated to their work.
