The road beside Casa Artística is active because it serves as a main access route to the popular North Guiones area. Some street noise is likely during your stay.

Local Conditions

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm, though it comes with a few local quirks. You may encounter:

• Dust and insects
• Brief power, water, or internet outages
• Construction noise between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to develop

If reliable internet access is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Local septic systems do not allow toilet paper to be flushed, so waste bins are provided.

These conditions are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and are outside our control. Refunds are not offered for these occurrences.

Safety and Cancellations

The cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur. Please take the following precautions:

• Keep doors locked
• Secure valuables
• Use alarms or security bars when available

A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Despite these precautions, theft may still occur. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for lost items.
