Tulum is a young, growing beach town, and its infrastructure has not fully kept pace with its development. Area-wide power outages may occasionally occur, so please consider this when booking the property.
Rainy Season
From late August through mid-November, Tulum experiences its rainy season. During this period, guests may encounter:

- Very muddy dirt roads in some areas of Tulum

The place is very nice, the terrace very nice to be sharing, the shower in the main room you will love, the beds and pillows very comfortable, and is located in a very quiet place. The location is ideal if you are going to be moving between Tulum and the different parks, because it is something retired. Either way, if you bring vehicle, any distance is nothing if you have a good time

Great place to stay in Tulum. Location was a short drive to everything. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Everything was clean. The host was great at communication.

Location was so perfect! Its close to all the tourist areas near downtown tulum. the house was big and had 3 showers plenty of space for all the ladies to get ready! The communication seemed a little difficult I guess download what’s app we just didn’t really know who to contact for what so communication was a little difficult. they offer information on massages, yacht experiences and personal chef to come to the location. We recommend using the bug spray and keeping the bathroom door shut which has access to the outdoor shower. There is a lot of remodeling going on in the area but overall we enjoyed our stay! we would recommend this home!

Me and a group of 8 gals stayed at the Saastal and had a blast! Communication with Phoenix and Adriana were perfect. They offered taxi services, bike, help booking the yacht, etc. We stayed for a week so they even had our place cleaned, new towels/sheets mid week, which was awesome! Great location still close to beach (we biked there) and awesome restaurants within walking distance.

Me and my 6 other friends had the best time, the place is great, the rooftop is amazing and the location is perfect - right between tulum town and the beach. We felt very secured and Adriana & team were always super helpful and supportive. Would definitely recommend It !!
