The Space
This modern and inviting villa is located within one of the most prestigious areas in Guanacaste: Reserva Conchal Golf and Spa Resort. Designed with custom details, the home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a stunning pool, and remarkable architecture throughout. It offers ample space to entertain family and friends comfortably. A four-seater golf cart is included for use within the resort at no additional cost.
The property consists of three separate buildings that appear to float around a central swimming pool. The pool showcases a beautiful water sculpture with a cascading wall that glistens during the day and provides soothing water sounds at night.
- The first two buildings each contain a master bedroom suite with feature ceilings, outdoor showers, and premium beds and linens.
- Remote-controlled roller blinds offer privacy on demand in every bedroom and on the golf course side of the main living area.
- The third building is divided into two sections: one side houses a queen-size bedroom with a bathroom, while the other contains the main living area.
- The main living space includes a state-of-the-art, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, and living room with a handcrafted wooden barrel ceiling.
- From the living area, enjoy spectacular views of the golf course, surrounding hills, and the internal courtyard.
At night, the pool lighting combined with carefully designed indirect lighting throughout the villa creates a serene and inviting atmosphere.
The villa is outfitted with high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, smart TVs, and all the tools needed to prepare gourmet meals, including a modern induction cooktop.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all homeowner amenities within the resort, including:
- Free shuttle service on demand to anywhere within the resort
- Access to Catalinas, the exclusive 55,000-square-foot Private Beach Club featuring:
- Fine dining and casual restaurants with beach and poolside service
- An 80-meter oceanfront swimming pool
- A state-of-the-art fitness center
- A separate children's pool and hot tubs
- Full-service spa and beauty salon
- 24-hour medical center and business center
- Various activities such as jet skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles, fishing, and diving trips
- Complimentary use of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach
Other Information
To maintain the villa’s excellent condition, weekly services are scheduled as follows:
- Monday mornings: Gardening begins at 8:00 a.m. After 10:00 a.m., the gardener may request brief access to the interior garden and outdoor shower areas for maintenance.
- Monday and Thursday afternoons: Pool cleaning is performed. The pool technician will enter without prior notice, using their own access code for the front door.
Please note that the villa is not managed by or affiliated with Reserva Conchal. Cleaning services are not included during rentals but can be arranged in advance through a third party.
By renting this villa, guests agree to promptly notify the owner of any repair issues. Although preventative maintenance is regularly performed, unexpected problems may occur. For example, if an air conditioning unit begins leaking, guests should inform the owner immediately, even if they choose to stop using the unit. The owner will consult with guests regarding repair timing, whether during the stay or after checkout.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Villa 34. The setting is so beautiful and we loved the close proximity to the pool and the incredible beach - just a short golf cart ride! The house and kitchen are so clean and well-appointed and have everything needed for the stay. Howler monkeys were in the trees nearby and we got to see them throughout the stay. Isma helped us with a resource for excursions, too. What a wonderful vacation in an unforgettable setting. We loved it all!

I am so glad we decided to book this home. The resort was beautiful and the home was stunning. The layout was very unique in that there were three separate and private bedrooms/bathrooms, which is perfect for 2-3 couples or a family with teenagers. We all enjoyed the private pool after a day in the sun. Thank you, Isma for a stress-free stay!

The home is absolutely beautiful 3 private bedrooms, 2 with their own connected bath and shower. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has access to an outside restroom. Backs up to the driving range, was lovely to sit out there in the morning and catch the sunrise. The beach club and Ocean are 2 minute golf cart drive away, super easy to get to. The beach club also has great food and drinks. This is a note to future guests- Wednesday and Thursday night (we left Friday morning, so could not see if this is the case on the weekends) one of the beach clubs at the Westin has music going until about 11 PM. Whether you were staying here or at the Westin, the sound is unavoidable anywhere nearby. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying. Last thing, airport, excursion, uber, pick up is difficult to navigate. security gate will not let them in without their full information, driver name etc, to them ahead of time. And only Isma can do this, so that made things difficult. Overall, highly recommend

Beautiful villa with unique design. Well equiped with everything you might need during your stay. Kitchen has every possible tool for cooking. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Golf cart makes it easy to get to the Beach Club. Fantastic host very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend his house for your next vocation.

Isma was a great host. He was there at arrival to meet us and show us how to work everything. The house was VERY clean with everything you would need. We brought a lot of things (detergent, coffee creamer, coffee, bug spray) but Isma had the house stocked with evening we needed. The house had 2 washer and dryers with detergent. This house was perfect location and had great. The beach club was great and easily accessible. The golf Cart was great but I would recommend renting ATVs side by sides from sixt car rental at the Westin. This will allow you to explore other areas. We explored many areas and the beach club had the best beach. great trip for Family. We had 3 couples and kids.

This house is in Reserva Conchal. It's a unique home and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The golf cart makes the beach club very accessible and has a huge pool, restaurant and great workout facility. Isma was very responsive and provided us contacts for tennis and local activities. We were picked up right at the beach for horseback riding and fishing. Overall a wonderful experience.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience. The design was modern and the two larger bedrooms were both very private and quiet from the rest of the house. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend - we are already looking to book for next year.

We have stayed in a lot of incredible hotels, condos, villas, etc. in the Caribbean and Costa Rica with our family (mom, Dad and two kids) and this unit tops them all. It is an incredibly well-designed luxury villa with all of the comforts and amenities of home. And located in the best gated community in Costa Rica. There is too much to write to properly described how amazing this unit is. You truly have to see it to believe it. Best vacation of our lives, we will be back!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas stay at Neil’s place! The home was spotless and gorgeous and kitchen very well stocked. The golf cart included with the rental was a necessity to get around to the beach club. Isma the house manager helped us a great deal with local contacts for transfers and excursions such as ATVs and a boat ride.
