This house is beautiful, but we had small problems that were resolved with the host. If you come to this house in July and August, you should keep in mind that they turn off the water from time to time. I feel that the price is a bit excessive for the location, but the infrastructure is nice. The sunsets at Playa Grande are spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, very private, and felt extremely safe and secure throughout our visit. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and the amenities were just as described. The host was incredibly responsive, attentive, and always available to answer any questions. The location is perfect, with so many great restaurants, beaches, and activities nearby in Playa Grande. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Loved this house! Everything was as describe. However, I do think this area is more for the surfers and those who like to be away from the hustle and bustle. There’s only 1 good restaurant which is a 5 min walk. Other than that there’s a beach (mainly good for the surfers) a 20min walk away. Other than that I would recommend staying in Tamarindo (30mins / $25 cash only uber away).
