We had an excellent experience at the property. All of the areas are very spacious, comfortable and pleasant. We especially want to highlight the service provided by Yuri, the property manager, who was super kind and very attentive to us throughout the stay. I recommend it 100%. As a small suggestion, it would be good if you responded a little faster to messages via the Airbnb chat during the booking process. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you very much!

Definitely a very familiar space and environment that the property offers, very nice and complete to disconnect and share with the family, very good service from Mrs. Marisol and the people in charge (butordomo) are very attentive, the recommendation of the girl Yuri in the collaboration part of the super recommended kitchen, very clean all the space...

The accommodation is exactly as seen in the photos: a beautiful and super quiet property! The service was amazing, always attentive to everything I needed. Everything was very clean and well equipped, with almost everything you need! The property is locked while you are there, and you have to ask them to open it for you if you go out, but I understand it's for security. All in all, a very satisfying stay!

The property is very nice, comfortable and in excellent condition. The cleanliness was impeccable, and you can see the care they take with the facilities. I would especially like to highlight the food staff, as their service was excellent. They were always kind, attentive, and very willing to help. In addition, the food was delicious and their human quality made the stay much more pleasant. My only complaint is related to the administration. Before arrival, we inquired several times about the possibility of having some flexibility in the check-out time, but we did not receive a clear answer. I understand that they are seeking to optimize the occupancy of the property; however, I believe that this clarity should be provided from the beginning. If it was not possible to offer flexibility or the reservation did not meet their conditions, they could have communicated that or even not accepted it. This would have allowed both parties to make decisions with clear expectations.
