Welcome to one of the finest villas in Buenaventura, Panama's premier luxury beach resort community. This spacious and meticulously maintained 4-bedroom vacation home, featuring a private guest house and pool, offers an ideal setting for memorable gatherings with family and friends. With private bathrooms, multiple dining areas, a Sonos indoor/outdoor sound system, stunning outdoor spaces, and high-end finishes, furnishings, and appliances throughout, every moment at Las Portales is designed to be cherished.
The Space
The main house welcomes you with a covered carport leading to the entrance foyer. Off the foyer are three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. A hallway connects these rooms to the open-concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and play area. The well-appointed master bedroom includes a luxurious spa-like ensuite bathroom and provides direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool with beautiful views.
Dining options inside the main house include:
- A formal dining room with seating for eight
- Two kitchen dining counters, each accommodating three guests
Both the living area and master bedroom open onto a spacious covered outdoor terrace. This terrace features:
- A formal outdoor dining table for eight
- An elevated dining table for six
- A covered living area
Around the large pool, which serves as the backyard centerpiece, reclining lounge chairs, additional seating, and a snack table can be arranged. The pool boasts waterfall features and elegant LED lighting for nighttime ambiance.
Adjacent to the main house is a beautifully furnished guest house with a private entrance. It can accommodate two adults plus a child and includes:
- A separate kitchen and dining area
- A private bathroom
- A living area with a home entertainment system featuring a giant LED screen and Sonos sound system
The Sonos system, controlled via a simple app, delivers theater-quality sound to the TVs in the guest house, master bedroom, and main living room. It also allows music to be played throughout these areas and on the outdoor terrace.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of all areas, including the main house, terrace, pool, yard, and guest house. Please note that an additional fee applies if the number of guests exceeds ten.

We are a family of five, and staying in four rooms is not usual for us. The house is wonderful. It is the second time we have visited it. It is spacious and comfortable. The pool area is impeccable, as is the entire house. There are minor details to resolve, such as a fallen towel hanger in one of the bathrooms and the shower in the master bedroom that didn't have cold water. Phillip and Olga are always attentive to ensure that everything is in order and are communicative at all times. We will definitely be back.

Don’t think too long about booking this stunning villa! One of the best experiences we’ve had (and we have traveled the world using Airbnb’s). Villa was fully stocked and comfortable for our annual family get together of 5 adults and 4 kids. The community is peaceful and has restaurants, pools multiple club houses. We were able to rent a Mota/ATV to get around the community whenever we needed to go out of the house. The local employees at Buenaventura can get you situated with one of those Olga was able to arrange a private chef for us for the duration of our stay and Anita was pivotal in to bringing our trip to the next level. USA summer time is Panamas “rainy season” but we had mostly clear skies during our stay and only two nights of rain.

This is an amazing property, the house is well equipped, lots of room and the pool area was our favorite place to be. The amount of details Phillip has put in this house helped us feel at home, able to enjoy even the quiet times watching TV. The surrounding area of Buenaventura is also an amazing place to stay, even the Golf course is at another level. Hope we can find this place available in the future.

This place was amazing,also Mrs. Olga was very nice and responsive and right on point taking care of the one A/C that wasn’t working and they make it work in less than a hour, I will recommend this place to anyone,your money will be worth it. Thanks for everything

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Buenaventura. The property was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy time together. We experienced an issue with the pool during our stay, but it was completely outside of the host's control. Olga was extremely responsive and immediately worked to resolve the situation. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process and did everything she could to address the issue as quickly as possible. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated Olga's attentiveness and commitment to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend this property to others visiting Buenaventura and we will definitely come back as well.
