Overview

Alma Tierra Mar is a collection of four stunning villas situated on 2.5 acres of tropical hillside jungle with ocean views along the Pacific coast, located between Uvita and Dominical. Here, you can experience the vibrant rhythm of the jungle—wake up to the songs of tropical birds and the sound of ocean waves, watch blue morpho butterflies glide on the sea breeze, and hear the calls of howler monkeys.

The Villas

Villa Cascada

Villa Cascada features two ocean-view bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, and one spacious, modern bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom has a king master bed, while the second bedroom offers a king master bed that can be converted into two twin XL beds. Both teak hardwood beds come with new hotel-quality mattresses and cool Egyptian cotton sheets. The living room includes a teak daybed with a twin XL mattress. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private covered terrace with ocean views, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with drinks. This villa comfortably accommodates up to five guests.

Villa Sol

Villa Sol is a medium-sized, well-appointed studio with expansive ocean views and air conditioning. It features a teak hardwood king bed with new hotel-quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, which can be reconfigured into two twin XL beds upon request. A fully stocked mini-kitchen allows guests to prepare meals to enjoy on the private deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This villa comfortably sleeps two adults.

Villa Selva

Villa Selva is a large, open-air, Balinese-style villa with one bedroom and one bathroom, offering sweeping ocean views. The floors are made of beautiful Coralina stone, providing a warm, natural texture underfoot. The teak hardwood king bed is outfitted with new hotel-quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets and can be converted into two twin XL beds upon request. The bathroom features Coralina stone walls and a rain shower beneath a high ceiling. A fully stocked kitchen with a Coralina sink overlooks the tropical garden. Guests can enjoy the ocean view from a spacious private hardwood deck and outdoor seating area. Although this villa does not have air conditioning, strong ceiling fans, a high roof, and ocean breezes keep it comfortably cool. It accommodates two adults comfortably.

Villa Olas

Villa Olas is a spacious, open-air studio-style villa designed for a relaxing escape. The living area is bright and modern, featuring a stylish kitchen with open shelving, white composite countertops, a large teak island with bar stools, and a cozy sitting area that opens onto a covered patio and gardens. The sleeping area is tucked to one side and includes a teak hardwood king bed with new hotel-quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, convertible into two twin XL beds upon request. Opposite the bed is a teak daybed with a twin XL mattress, which serves as a sofa or an additional bed. Villa Olas comfortably sleeps three guests and is equipped with air conditioning.
