The Space

The apartment is situated within the "La Isla Residences & Spa" development, which features eight towers and multiple pools for guest use. It is located in the Bali Tower, offering a privileged beachfront ocean view.

Important Information
Electricity Usage
Each night, guests have access to 75 kWh of electricity included, valued at 300 pesos. Any consumption beyond this allowance will incur an additional charge of 4 pesos per kWh, which will be settled upon departure.
To stay within the electricity allowance during nighttime rest, it is recommended to run only the bedroom air conditioning at 20°C or higher.
During the day, keep all doors and windows open—including the main entrance and the window near the elevator—to create a breeze that naturally cools the apartment.
The air conditioning system is divided as follows:
- The dining room control manages air conditioning for the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas.
- Each bedroom has its own independent air conditioning unit.

We had an excellent stay. Fer, the host, was very friendly, always attentive to making sure everything was fine. The place is very conveniently located, with a really amazing ocean view. The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable and functional. The terrace is a great plus: it has a large table, perfect for breakfast and spending the afternoons enjoying the spectacular view. Definitely a place I recommend and that we would love to return to. Thank you so much for all your attention Fer.

Everything was luxurious, the comfort, the tranquility, the hospitality. Very nice, the only thing is that the water for bathing was cold, there was no hot water. But apart from that, everything was super good, the cleanliness, the place was very nice and Fer was very friendly and attentive. 🤗 I would return without hesitation

I loved the place, just like in the pictures and the truth is that Fer's service was exceptional. My whole family liked it and we had an amazing time. The apartment has everything ready so you can buy and cook, but there is also a restaurant in the place, which I thought was great. The albertas with the warm water and the delicious sea, I liked that everything is very well organized and they give you a tent to be on the beach. We also used the tennis and paddle tennis courts, it's a great place to get out of the routine, rest and enjoy as a family
