Casa De La Canción is a newly renovated four-bedroom private pool home located just a few blocks from San Pancho Beach. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within an easy walk. Designed for relaxation and connection, the home combines modern comfort with indoor-outdoor living and is well suited to families, couples, and groups.
Spend your days surfing, relaxing beside the pool, or enjoying sunset dinners beneath the palapa.
Location
The home is situated in a quiet expatriate neighborhood commonly known as “Gringo Gulch.” Popular restaurants, shops, and the main beach are approximately a 4–7-minute walk away.

It is ideal for family dinners, relaxing after a swim, or hosting a private chef dinner, which can be arranged upon request.

- Private balcony attached to the primary suite
- Secondary suite with a walk-in shower
- Ample closet space
- Private balcony attached to the secondary suite
First Floor
The first floor includes:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed
- Secondary bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full-size bunk bed
- Shared full bathroom
- Laundry room near the back patio door
Each bedroom has its own air conditioner and ceiling fan to help ensure a comfortable night’s sleep in any temperature. Additional fans are located throughout the home, including the rooftop and backyard patios.
Kitchen and Pool Patio
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator and opens directly onto the living room and pool patio. This layout makes it easy to serve food and drinks while everyone enjoys the sun and pool.
The pool can be heated during cooler months.

- Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for a fee of $75 per hour.

This place is perfect for a family vacation in San Pancho. Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable. Pool and palapa area are especially relaxing. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in San Pancho. Our host called before we arrived and asked what questions we might have. I had a lot of questions because I had never been there before. He was always willing to help and responded quickly. He even helped us organize a private chef for one night which was a treat! Would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our three generations enjoying a family trip. The two upstairs room were like your own private hotel room. They were great for older generations, while our adult children enjoyed the downstairs by the pool. All rooms and amazing bathrooms felt luxurious. Terrific location in town for food, shops, and beach. The upstairs was enjoyed by all for many rounds of cards and morning yoga.

For the last 3 years, my three daughters and I have gone to San Pancho for Christmas. This house was in a perfect location, just off the main road, only a few minute walk to all the restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms were large and accommodating and we had more than enough space to be together or find alone time if we needed it. The pool area was perfect size for relaxing after walking around town and hanging out at the beach. My oldest daughter always chose the rooftop "pool" for her down time. San Pancho is a small community and this house was the perfect location for a very relaxing vacation.
