The Space

Villa W is a boho-chic luxury villa in Tulum’s boutique hotel area, set on a stunning beachfront property with a swimming pool and coveted private access to a beautiful white-sand beach.

Natural materials and artistic details throughout the home capture Tulum’s relaxed atmosphere. Although centrally located, the villa sits within a peaceful property, offering easy access to the area’s attractions while maintaining a tranquil setting.

The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends. Daily housekeeping is included.

The open-plan main floor features:

• A fully equipped kitchen
• A comfortable seating area
• A dining area for eight guests
• Glass doors that open to the sounds of the waterfall and tropical birds
• An outdoor patio with chairs for relaxing

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floors, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering trees, with views of the pool.

Master Suite

The top-floor master suite includes:

• An en suite bathroom
• A private rooftop patio
• A romantic double-headed outdoor shower
• Lush tropical plants

The glass doors open directly onto the private rooftop patio. The master bedroom shower is outdoors, offering an immersive experience surrounded by nature. It is fully private for your comfort.

Second-Floor Bedrooms

The second floor has two bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a Juliet balcony
• One bedroom with a queen-size bed, built-in bunk beds, an en suite bathroom, and a Juliet balcony

Villa W is surrounded by trees on a beautiful tropical beachfront property. The grounds are landscaped to provide privacy between each residence.

• The guest-only Taco and Breakfast Bar, offering à la carte food and drinks

Your host will welcome you at the villa and assist throughout your stay. She can arrange airport shuttles, chef services, excursions to local ruins and cenotes, massages, and childcare. She can also provide recommendations for restaurants, spas, and music.

Additional Information

Nighttime security is provided for your peace of mind. Safes are available in the villa. Tulum is considered safe, but guests are asked to remain cautious and lock the gate at night.

The property, Taco Bar, and beach are exclusively for registered guests. Outside guests are not permitted, and all vendors must be booked through Zorba Tulum.
