Overview
Elements Rituals is a charming two-unit beachfront villa situated on Soliman Bay in Tulum. Positioned on a private white sand beach, it lies within one of the few coral reefs in the Riviera Maya. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from Tulum’s hotel zone and beach, offering convenient access to the town’s popular restaurants and nightlife. Surrounded by white sand, turquoise waters, and palm trees, this location provides a peaceful retreat away from busy crowds.
Guests have the opportunity to explore nearby Mayan ruins and swim in the unique jungle cenotes found in this region.
The Space
Located in Soliman Bay, the villa is part of the most exclusive UNESCO-protected natural reef in the Riviera Maya and benefits from 24-hour security. The property sits directly on the beach and includes private sun loungers and kayaks for guest use. Daily maid service and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
The villa features a private swimming pool positioned between two buildings: Casa Grande, which faces the beach and sea, and Casita, which overlooks the garden and pool. The living spaces are divided into these two separate structures.
Casa Grande is ideal for families and offers five king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while four additional bedrooms with terraces are located upstairs. The upper floor also includes a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, bar, and dining area, all offering stunning sunset views of the jungle and pool.
The ground floor of Casa Grande includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV room, and a large terrace that opens toward the beach and sea. The villa combines luxury finishes with natural materials and traditional Mayan design elements to maximize enjoyment of the beautiful Bahia Soliman surroundings.
The two-story Casita contains two independent studios overlooking the garden and pool. Each studio has an en-suite bathroom, a small kitchen and dining area, and a private terrace. One studio features a king-size bed, while the other has twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed. This setup offers excellent privacy, making it perfect for two couples.
The property also includes a stylish beach bar with swings and an outdoor barbecue area.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa.
Additional Information
The housekeeper and beach caretaker reside in a separate small house near the main entrance. It is common for beachfront properties in the area to have a local family managing daily cleaning. If guests prefer not to have staff present during their stay, arrangements can be made. The staff remain discreet, stay away from guest areas, and are always available to assist with special requests.

Due to the villa’s location in the Caribbean Sea, seaweed (Sargassum) may occasionally be present during your stay. While efforts will be made to remove it, this is beyond the property’s control.

Power outages can occur and affect the entire area. The management will work to resolve any interruptions as quickly as possible, but these events are outside their control.

The house is spectacular, as described. The host was very attentive during our stay. The house is equipped for an incredible vacation. Due to the season, the beach had sargassum, which prohibited access to the ocean.

The property was beautiful, and I loved everything about it. I would definitely stay here again. There was quite a bit of sargassum on the beach, but it was present throughout the entire area and was not the property’s fault. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful place. I loved the privacy of the home and having the whole space to ourselves. I was not prepared for how bad the seaweed would be and that it wasn’t going to be cleared off or the aroma from it. Mosquitos were out - bring bug spray. I know these things are out of their control! Juan was great at getting us everything we needed or may have forgotten. Also, helping us with transportation was super easy. It is a beautiful place and I would go back to Tulum again (this is my second time). There are two hotels/restaurants close by that are walking distance which was also nice! The housekeeper and grounds keeper were wonderful and we hardly noticed they were there!

Juan is the best and we had a great experience with all the coordinated transportation and chef dinner and grocery delivery. The property does have a very fishy smell because of the ocean so that’s just something to be aware of and we did have a few cockroach encounters and a power outage which wasn’t ideal. The side house was also where three of the advertised beds were but we were unable to use that house because we saw bugs and feces in there so we were uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Elements and would love to return again. The location, property, and support are all outstanding. The beds were comfy. We availed ourselves of numerous add ons and loved them all. Strongly recommend.

Juan was an amazing host! Juan got us set up with rides when needed and he set us up with wonderful Chefs! The house was beautiful, the casita was perfect for our teen girls. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. I would definitely come back and stay.

This villa is beautiful and had plenty of space for our group of 13 to spread out. The daily housekeeping was a nice plus and the villa is on a very secure road with security. The pool and amenities were great and as advertised. The best part of the villa was our host! He helped us coordinate airport shuttles, a chef (who was fabulous) and anything else we needed over the weekend. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Stayed here with a group of 9. The place was clean and had plenty of places to lounge and hangout. Loved the roof and the pool and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom! We were also beachfront so you can’t beat that. Our local host Fernando was amazing. This location is in a private gated community (not really walkable to tulum or any stores). Fernando was very helpful in getting us everything we needed. We had the kitchen pre-stocked and hired a chef for a few meals and everything felt seamless. There is a restaurant that is walking distance that was also very good. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful location this is your spot.

Cannot say enough good things about this house and the staff. Fernando was amazing and so helpful. The cleaners were so kind and did a great job. The chef we hired (Ricardo and Mariano) were out of this world. The home is beautiful and the location is so peaceful.

We had a beautiful stay at Elements Tulum Soliman Bay. This is my second time staying at a property on Soliman Bay, and it is one of the most beautiful and peaceful beach locations I have been to. The property is also very safe (on a private drive that is protected by security). The beach is quiet, clean, with beautiful, clear, shallow waters perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and spotting fish. The house is beautiful and has many spaces for lounging and relaxing. Juan Luis, the concierge, is lovely and very helpful. The chef service was amazing — Alex and Juan were kind, helpful, and excellent, with a great vibe that made us feel super comfortable and taken care of. Our drivers arranged by Juan were so professional and kind — Fernando was great. Our entire stay was pure bliss. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday here w/his best friend and some family members, and this house was perfect for kids and adults to enjoy themselves. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!
