A very good option. A very quiet place. A very comfortable house with everything you need to feel at home. Highly recommended. I will definitely return on my next trip.

Manuel is very kind. I didn't notice the extra charges for electricity in the listing, but he assured me it's not a lot if you don't leave the AC units on all day. We paid only $10 extra for the night and that was with three AC units going during the night. The apartment is clean and we felt secure in the area. The hot water works. And the kitchen was well equipped.

Thank you very much to Manuel for welcoming us to his accommodation, he is very attentive to his guests and attentive to opportunities for improvement to provide good service. Its space is ideal for a family of 3 to 8 people well accommodated, it comes with everything you need for a good stay in Managua.

The house is as it appears in the listing, very nice, Manuel was very attentive to everything, the only detail was the bathrooms that are not really in optimal condition, it should be taken into account that electricity is paid separately, it should really be included in the cost of accommodation, but everything else is acceptable.
