Casa Corona places you close to the best of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The sandy beaches and famous Malecón are only three blocks away, while excellent restaurants, galleries, and shops are within a two-minute walk.

The villa includes six luxurious master bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Smaller groups may rent a minimum of three bedrooms while still enjoying the Casa Corona experience. Please contact us for a quote.

Main Floor and Grounds

The main floor is designed for large family gatherings, with an expansive great room and a gourmet kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures. Optional chef service is available.

Three master suites are located on this level:

• Two bedrooms share a veranda overlooking the ocean.
• The third bedroom includes a private garden and soaking tub.

The great room overlooks the private grounds, where the jacuzzi cascades into the pool. Surrounded by lush native gardens, the outdoor area is well suited for entertaining family and friends.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa and its amenities, including:

• Full gourmet kitchen
• Maid service three times per week

• Half bathroom near the pool

Shared areas include the kitchen, living and great room with television, pool and jacuzzi, and rooftop terrace.

House Rules and Responsibilities

Casa Corona is not a party house. Unlawful activities, including illegal drug use, are not permitted.

Noise curfews affecting nearby properties will be strictly enforced. Please respect the neighbors by keeping music and other loud noise off after 11:00 p.m.

If these policies are not followed, including in cases involving property damage, missing items, irresponsible behavior, noise complaints, or disturbances reported by neighbors or property managers, guests may be required to leave immediately without a refund.

Additional Accommodations

Two additional properties next door may be rented together with the villa. Combined accommodations can host up to 20 guests in total. Please inquire for more details.

Additional services can be arranged after booking and will be charged separately from the reservation cost at the time of service or upon arrival. Please inquire for more information.

Guest Documentation

All renters must provide the following after booking:

• A copy of their identification
• A guest list before arrival
• A signed short-term rental agreement

This documentation is required for the protection of both guests and the property.

Private Chef Service

Chef Jonathan’s services average $35–$65 per person per day, depending on the meal selection, plus the cost of groceries. His service includes grocery shopping, meal preparation, and cleanup.

Prices are in United States dollars and are charged per person. Alcohol and gratuity are not included. Children under 12 eat free.

For groups of fewer than six people, please contact us for pricing.

Pricing for 6–12 Guests

• Breakfast: $35 per person
• Lunch: $40 per person
• Dinner: $60 per person
• Meal plan with three breakfasts and three dinners: $75 per person per day

Meal Details

Full breakfasts may include continental, American, or Mexican options.

Dinners include:

• Appetizer
• Soup or salad
• Main course of fish, beef, chicken, or seafood
• Dessert

Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are available for an average of $65 per person. Rates may vary depending on the level of participation.

Learn Chef Jonathan’s fun and authentic cooking process while helping prepare a gourmet meal. The experience may include visiting a local market to purchase ingredients or joining the preparation in the kitchen.
