San Carlos is located in the Sonoran Desert and depends entirely on the local power supply, provided by CFE, and the city’s pumping system. The area may experience water-supply issues.

The property maintains sufficient water reserves for the maximum number of registered guests and for the pool to function properly. Responsible water usage is therefore essential throughout your stay.

If a water-supply issue is identified before your arrival, you will be notified so you can decide whether to cancel or take the necessary precautions to continue with your reservation.
