POOL HEATING INFORMATION
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee, which covers energy costs and compensates our maintenance person. To ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature, please let us know at least 2 days before your arrival. It takes a minimum of 48 hours to heat the pool properly.
Our maintenance person will stop by every morning and evening to cover and uncover the pool, helping it maintain a maximum temperature of 86°F.

I do not recommend staying here. The house is nice, but terrible management and privacy violations ruined our trip. The patio room is brutally hot; the A/C cannot keep up, constantly shuts off with an "H3" error, and woke guests up sweating. The biggest issue was the host. We booked for 16 and arrived in a bus. Panicked by the camera, the host barged in unannounced and aggressive just to count heads. On checkout day (set for 11 AM), staff walked in at 9 AM without notice, waking people up and approaching a guest sunbathing in her bikini. Completely out of line. Communication was hostile. We opened an unlocked utility room with the key left in the lock and no warning signs just to grab a pool skimmer. The host sent rude texts and cursed via voice notes to maintenance, threatening fees. We also had to pay for damaged towels used because the pool bath is dangerously slick with no floor mats. Daily trash pickup never happened until our last morning. Look elsewhere.

Amazing place to stay! There was no need to leave the house with so much to do there. Would definitely come back again! We also had an issue while we were there and Ana was quick with getting it fixed, amazing host!!
