Casa de los Sueños is an ocean-view luxury home set on 5,200 square meters (1.25 acres) of private land in the gated Mar Vista community near Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste. This fully furnished vacation rental combines comfort, style, and privacy, with sweeping views of the ocean and tropical forest.

The home is approximately a 60-minute drive from Liberia Airport and is located a short distance from several local beaches.

The Space

This single-level home features a split floor plan, making it well suited for couples, families, and groups of friends.

The spacious kitchen, living, and dining area opens through a full wall of sliding doors onto expansive covered and uncovered patios. Wake to the sounds of the jungle, enjoy the tropical surroundings, and watch the sunset beside the private infinity-edge pool.

Construction Notice

Mar Vista is a growing community, and construction in the area may cause daytime noise. The owners have asked nearby neighbors to minimize disturbances, but construction activity is beyond their control.

A discount has already been applied to the rental rate as a courtesy due to the ongoing construction. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Nearby Beaches and Attractions

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located approximately 1.5 miles from the property. Its beautiful, mile-long white-sand beach has mild currents and tides, making it ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

Playa Grande, one of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, is approximately 45 minutes away by car. The lively surf town of Tamarindo is also nearby, offering shopping, surf lessons, restaurants, and nightlife.

A rental car is recommended for convenient transportation in the area.
