The location is top notch. The kitchen was well-stocked. All questions were promptly answered. The pool was fantastic and we often had it to ourselves. We even watched a troop of over 20 monkeys swing through the trees right in front of us.

Wow! What superb accommodations. The condo was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool and facilities were top notch. Attentive host and onsite attendants. Beautiful surroundings made this a trip to remember. Highly recommended. Well done Syd and staff!

We love staying here! Very comfortable and accommodating. We love how close it is to access to the beach and to town. It is close enough to town without it being an issue but far enough so it is calm and peaceful. The house has everything you need. Really happy when we stay here.

I just wanted to express how pleased we were with our stay at the condo! It was an absolute delight, exceptionally clean, and a breath of fresh air after a stressful night when our previous accommodation fell through. Sid truly was a lifesaver, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially with our tired children. The location is fantastic just a two-minute walk to the beach, and the nearby grocery market was incredibly convenient. We also thoroughly enjoyed the lovely pool, perfect for unwinding after our travels. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Neither the onsite manager nor his assistant met with us upon arrival. This was due to very poor communication. Other guests in the complex piled their massive garbage on the dumpster and the vultures scattered the garbage over a large area creating what appeared to be a garbage dump behind the unit. There was a massive mulch pile next to the unit which gave off a terrible smell. We were not allowed to plug in our golf cart which created a transportation problem. This should have been mentioned in the listing. The people in other units all plugged in their carts to the same outlet which we could not use. Overall the unit is well located, clean, and air-conditioned. But the small problems were an annoyance.

This condo is in a walkable location but far enough from the center to be quiet and peaceful. The beach is super close and the water was so calm and crazy warm. We had a fantastic stay. A couple things came up during our stay that Sud and the local manager happily addressed right away. 10/10 recommend renting here.

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host responded to questions immediate and was extremely accommodating. I’ll be coming back for my next stay in Tamarindo.
