Location
Lomas de Cuernavaca is a secure residential community south of Cuernavaca, known for its warm climate and inviting pools. The villa is located on Avenida Palmira, approximately 15 minutes from central Cuernavaca. The area was formerly known as the city’s Gold Zone and is associated with artists’ residences.
The Space
Set within a gated community with controlled access, Villa Mimosas occupies a plot of more than 1,000 square meters. The property was designed for family gatherings, celebrations, privacy, and time spent with friends.
The main house features contemporary Mexican architecture and décor. At the entrance, you will find a hall and a half bathroom. Six steps to the north lead to the bedroom area, which remains cool throughout the year due to its orientation.
The villa also includes spacious living and dining areas where guests can gather comfortably. The open, fully equipped kitchen connects to a terrace, providing a pleasant spot for breakfast while keeping an eye on the children in the garden.
To the south, the property opens onto a large garden, swimming pool, and palapa. The palapa includes a barbecue, bar, and television screen, allowing guests to enjoy music late into the evening without disturbing those sleeping in the comfortable bedrooms at the opposite end of the property.
The villa has six bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, fan, and air conditioning when needed. A television lounge between the bedrooms provides a comfortable space for children and families to enjoy a movie together.

What a beautiful house! An excellent place to spend a few days with family or friends. The pictures don't show how comfortable and clean it is. The pool was super nice, the lawn was perfect, the rooms and bathrooms were sparkling, and the service was unbeatable. Really, highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

The house is super nice, the garden and pool are incredible, the bedrooms are good, and the location is in a safe subdivision, south of downtown Cuernavaca. My only recommendation would be A/C or fans in the living room of the house because the heat does get concentrated, but Luis was definitely very nice, as was Geli. I would stay at this house again.

Everything is very good: the house, the garden, the lawn, the kitchen, the barbecue, etc. We had a great time. We watched World Cup games, had a swimming pool, a barbecue, and everything went smoothly.

My friends and I were super comfortable. The people who take care of the house are super attentive. Geli is very nice and was always attentive. We hired the food service, and the girls were very friendly and everything was very tasty.

My stay was very nice. The house is very spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool, as it's a very good size, and we really liked that all the rooms have their own bathroom. Additionally, the host was very friendly and attentive before our arrival.

A beautiful house to rest and have fun. In a quiet and private area, with many services and shops nearby. Luis was very friendly and communicated with me well in advance for the check-in details. We felt taken care of. The house is in excellent condition, equipped and impeccably clean – much better than what you see in the photos. Their garden is beautiful, and you can see the care with which they treat the property. Very well cared for by Geli, the house caretaker – she's super friendly. If you have the opportunity to use the additional cooking service – do it! – you will find proactive, clean people with excellent seasoning. There is room for 4 parked cars, and we were given the option to recharge an electric car at an additional cost – an extra that is appreciated for this type of car. If you are considering this house for your vacation with family or friends... don't think twice, this is it!
