The house is about 5 minutes from downtown Tulum and 1.5 miles (8 to 10 minutes) from the top beaches in Mexico. It is located in the southern part of Tulum, in the developing neighborhood of Colonia La Veleta, roughly 3 miles from the beach and 1 to 2 miles from beautiful cenotes. Supermarkets and fruit stores are less than a mile away, and downtown Tulum is within walking distance (about 1 km).

My wife and I had the most amazing stay at this home. The privacy was perfect we had the entire backyard and pool to ourselves which made the experience feel really special. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the space was comfortable enjoyable and fun The vibes were truly immaculate! If anyone is wondering yes we had plenty of sun which was one of my wife’s main requests The pool was big enough and the outdoor space was stunning especially at night when it lit up. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay Someone came to clean the pool every two days which we really appreciated There was also the option for massages through the house if needed for an additional cost which was amazing The area felt very safe and quiet yet still close to town For anyone Jewish it’s also just about 15 minutes from Chabad of Tulum We loved our stay !!

Rosa is a wonderful host! Words cannot explain how accommodating she was. Due to flight delays, some of my group wasn't able to make the trip - but Rosa stepped right in to assist in making sure everyone was comfortable in my absence. I highly recommend Casa Dallas! The villa is beautiful and such a great couple's retreat.

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.
