The only thing I could say is that we were never able to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we rented it. Very cold water. Plus, the house is very comfortable and spacious, really with everything you need to be comfortable.

The house wasn't ready when we arrived. It was super dirty, and the pool was cold, which was the reason for renting it (I asked before doing so, and the day I arrived they only said that someone had broken it). A scorpion came out, they didn't leave me any soap, they had 3 cameras inside, and one was filming children in suits (super bad). The stove only had one burner. Their solution was that I could stay on Sunday, and I left at 1:00 PM, and they kicked me out of the parking lot, when he had agreed to let me stay at least until 6:00 PM. Don't rent it. The price is very expensive and it's not worth what they offer.

Casa Del Mundo was a great home base for our stay in Guanajuato City. This was my family’s first time visiting this area of Mexico in many years, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay here. The home felt very secure, with a locked entry from the alley into a central courtyard and pool, as well as a primary door to the house. It comfortably accommodated our large group (16 adults, 2 teens, and 3 young children), which was a big plus. The location is excellent for walking to the city center (about 7–10 minutes). Do note that the walk involves a steep incline on the way back, which can be a bit of a workout. Our only notable issue was inconsistent water pressure and temperature. While the pressure may have been affected by the size of our group, we all experienced difficulty finding a stable, comfortable shower temperature, as it tended to swing between very hot and very cold. Overall, we’d recommend this property for large groups who plan to spend most of their time out.
