Tropical Casa 20Mins is located 20 minutes south of La Fortuna in the lush countryside of San Isidro, Peñas Blancas. The property offers a peaceful rural setting while remaining close to eco-adventure activities, wellness experiences, and natural attractions, including:

The Space

The main house includes:

• Two bedrooms
• One bathroom
• A full kitchen

The property sits on nearly one acre of tropical gardens and fruit trees. Two additional cabins are also located on the grounds. The host stays in one of them when the main house is rented.

Getting There

The road leading to the property is unpaved and may become muddy during the rainy season. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required but is recommended.

La Fortuna is 15–20 minutes away by car and features numerous bars, restaurants, tours, and attractions, including thermal springs, a water park, zip lines, Fortuna Waterfall, and a rope swing.
