4BR Villa in Mariquita

What a beautiful house and setting. I've been to Prado many times at different properties. This is definitely the most cozy, fresh and pleasant in every sense. The thatched roof makes it unique, and a light, constant breeze also means there are few insects. Very fresh rooms. The beds and stonework cabins are spectacular. We used the hammocks to watch the sunset, a delightful plan. María Fernanda and Jholman's service was outstanding. My kids went skiing and rode the donut on the boat they rented. Adriana, the host, is very attentive, friendly and helpful. We'll always come back!!!

Excellent location, the house was exactly as shown in the photos, everything was impeccable, the service from the host and the house staff was very good, very polite and friendly.

We were absolutely thrilled. Our stay couldn't have been better. The house and surroundings are beautiful and very well maintained. Particularly noteworthy are the two employees on site who were extremely helpful and friendly and took good care of us. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place.

It was a perfect weekend, the house is beautiful, Mrs. Adriana was always very attentive giving precise instructions for the arrival, Holman and Fernanda were always in the best disposition and super attentive at all times, we felt at home. Much nicer than in the photos, we were able to swim in the dam and we had a perfect view, but I'd return with my family and friends. Thank you very much 🫶

My stay at this Airbnb was simply wonderful. The location in the middle of the Prado reservoir is a true natural paradise. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the landscape; the views of the water and the mountains are spectacular. The accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for a perfect stay: cozy rooms and an outdoor area where we could enjoy nature, the reservoir, and the sunsets. Additionally, the host Adriana was very kind and helpful, as were María and Fabián, who worked at the house and provided us with the best food. Adriana also gave us recommendations for activities in the area, such as boat rides with Alejandro, which I highly recommend. The tranquility of the place allowed us to completely disconnect and relax. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature. We will definitely return in the future.

A spectacular experience. The place and the house are perfect for disconnecting. The attention of Adriana the host and the helpfulness of the people who helped us in the house were exceptional. This house is highly recommended!

There were 14 of us. The arrival at the port was simple, even though there is construction in Prado, 5 minutes away, which caused a slight delay, but nothing serious. Adriana put us in touch with Alejandro, a very friendly local who was going to take us by boat to the house. There was no need to look for him, he was ready to welcome us. The landscape of Hidroprado is fantastic, and the road is short when crossing the dam. The house accommodated the 14 people perfectly, with comfortable beds and blankets. The bathrooms were in impeccable condition. The social areas are in perfect condition, nothing is perceived as broken or damaged. The pool is very nice on the edge of the dam, a great place to take photos. We were attended to all the time by Maria Fernanda and Holman, caretakers of the house, and their attention was perfect: kind treatment, good disposition, and ability to do things. The days went by very quickly with the activities to do in the dam that I recommend scheduling. A great destination that I would not hesitate to return to!
