The condominium charges an entrance fee of 22,000 pesos, approximately US$6, per person at the main gate. Children aged 12 and under are not charged.
Vans, buses, minibuses, and shared buses are not permitted inside the condominium. Only private cars are allowed. Drone flights are prohibited, and fines may apply.
*The golf course and tennis courts are available for a small additional fee.

Vans, buses, minibuses, and shared buses are not permitted inside the condominium. Only private cars are allowed. Drone flights are prohibited, and fines may apply.
The cleaning fee charged through Airbnb is separate from the maid service fee. The cleaning fee covers preparing the house before arrival and cleaning it after departure.
Maid service costs 100,000 pesos, approximately US$25, per day and is paid directly to the maids before checkout. One maid is provided for groups of fewer than eight guests, while two maids are provided for larger groups. They can clean and cook during your stay, including preparing a traditional Colombian lunch or purchasing fresh tropical fruits from the local market.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs are treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.
An additional charge of US$35 per person per night applies for groups exceeding 16 guests.

The house is beautiful. I loved that everything is integrated and everything revolves around the pool area. The cleaning ladies, Luz Marina and Jessica, are very friendly, helpful, and they cook delicious food. They are very diligent and help resolve any issues that arise. The house is very well maintained and equipped. I loved the atmosphere of the bathrooms, which are very comfortable. I just would have liked the rooms to have air conditioning, since at night the heat is really intense. I really liked that the shower had hot water. There was a night when there was a party in the house next door with music that was quite loud, much louder than what we were told was allowed, and that interfered a bit with our rest. Mr. Alvaro was always kind and attentive to our needs. He always responded quickly and was very diligent. We were all delighted with the house. The kids had a lot of fun, and the adults were able to get a well-deserved rest. I definitely recommend it, and I would come back.

The place is charming, and the gardens are beautiful. Although the spaces in the house are simple, they are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The house is great for large groups since the spaces allow for privacy, even when it is fully occupied. I've rented the house twice and will definitely rent it again. The housekeepers are spectacular, they cook deliciously, they are clean and very discreet.
