- Housekeeping and kitchen service are not included in the reservation. This service is available for an additional fee of $100,000 per day, and staff presence is mandatory during the stay. Staff hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We maintain respectful tourism practices and do not accommodate guests involved in sex tourism.
- Reception hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Please minimize noise between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- For safety and privacy, only registered guests may enter the property. Parties and events are not permitted.
- The property is completely smoke-free.
- Photography and filming for advertising, commercial, or academic purposes are not permitted on the premises.
- Please do not hang clothing, towels, or sheets on terraces or patios.
- Flush toilet paper only. Dispose of all other items in the trash bins.
- Do not place ornaments, signs, or balloons inside the property.
- Candles, incense, fireworks, and confetti are not permitted indoors.
- Any additional costs for deep cleaning, laundry, repairs, or replacement of damaged items will be charged to the guest who made the booking.

Our stay was incredible, the house and the views have been unbeatable. the warmth of Marie and Gladis looking after our needs and making us food was a welcome delight! we did have a language barrier but it didn't seem to stop all of us from understanding each other with translate apps. Margarita herself would call or help make arrangements for us to have lunches or go sightseeing and was extremely accommodating. We can't describe how beautiful and breathtaking the house is- the only problem was we wanted to stay longer but understandably, the house is booked solid!! Bathrooms and bedrooms were squeaky clean and the linens soft. the home itself is situated just a short walk from a hotel that serves great cocktails and good food but too far if you're looking to walk into town. We had a car so it wasnt an issue for us. we met some lovely neighbour's that showed us their own home. We enjoyed a private pontoon boat ride with Arlan & Jose showing us the beautiful landscapes and waterways.

El Remanso Airbnb in El Peñol, Colombia was absolutely amazing! We had such a wonderful time with our familia and truly enjoyed every moment. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and felt like a hidden gem. Mary was incredibly attentive throughout our stay and gave us excellent recommendations that made our trip even better. Her hospitality made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back! 1000% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
