The Space

Maitri Tamarindo offers four luxurious villas, each with 2 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests in total. These villas are located in a semi-private section of the property, featuring a shared private garden area beneath a majestic Guanacaste tree—ideal for chef-prepared dinners or gatherings for up to 24 people.

Additional Information

• Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. The property does not have a generator, but there is a 10,000-liter water reserve.
• Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present indoors. Please avoid harming them. Food left exposed may attract them.
• The cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only. Additional cleanings during your stay incur extra charges and must be requested in advance.
• For stays of 7 days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can also be arranged.
• Pool cleaning occurs daily for about 20 minutes between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. You may request to skip a day for privacy.
• The pool waterfall operates daily from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. After-hours operation is available upon request.
