There is a new building adjacent to the community on the east side. While the exterior is complete and interior work is ongoing, only a small portion of the building is visible from the balcony and does not obstruct the famous Arch view shown in the photos.

Construction Notice
A new building is currently under construction next to the property. While it does not impact the condo’s panoramic views, some daytime construction noise may be noticeable between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays. The condo’s interior remains quiet thanks to double-pane glass doors and windows that significantly reduce outside noise. This has been considered in the pricing to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Guest Access
Register at the Vista Vela 1 gate with your name and condo number 4205. To enter the condo door (#4205), you will need a code. If you are unfamiliar with the keypad, follow these steps:
- Wake the keypad by touching it.
- Four numbers/buttons will light up; press each one until the entire keypad lights up.
- When fully lit, enter the provided code followed by the unlock button to enter.
- To lock the door, simply press the lock button.
Other Notes
- Construction next door may involve sanding, hammering, and jackhammering from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- A screen is being installed between the community pool and the Soriana parking lot.
- The new supermarket does not obstruct the unbeatable Arch view.

The listing is as described. Unfortunately the construction is right in front of the master bedroom and it begins at 7:30 and lasts all day. And it is a reality of Los Cabos that there is a lot of construction everywhere. If you are sensitive to noise it’s something to consider. Be prepared to purchase items such as dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The shower pressure is good, the air conditioning worked well. Overall it was perfectly functional for a family stay.

The place is gorgeous! Great to have a calm stay and very quick access to Cabo. It’s in a private and safe area and very close to a supermarket.

Loved staying here with family! The host was very helpful in setting up transportation from the airport and making sure the stay was smooth . I would highly recommend this host for a future visit and the location is unbeatable.

This listing is not what you would expect. I have a family with 2 small children; the heavy construction surrounding her unit directly adjacent which was never disclosed was a major eye sore, and photos of the pool and outside of the balcony were old photos with new structures not pictured in the listing. The construction is EVERYWHERE; with dust/dirt all over the air making breathing outside or on the patio impossible. The host refused to help us when we needed to cut our time short due to the poor facilities, and was not in any way understanding. The unit was not well stocked with necessities. No soaps, no detergents for laundry, cheap and old kitchen dishes and cutlery. The towels and sheets smelled like a nursing home, and towels that were left in the washer too long. You can tell the sheets and towels were all just cheap and heavily used, low thread count and not in any way comfortable. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable to top it off.

Loved our stay! Came for a girls trip, it was very spacious and felt just like home. Everyone had plenty of room to get comfortable and the gated community made us feel very safe. Close distance to all of the locations we wanted to go and never had difficulty getting an uber. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

Very nice place a few things to note it’s about 15 minutes to downtown . There is no jacuzzi in the entire complex. Construction starts early right at 7am and it is pretty loud in the master bedroom where we stayed
