Casa Pacifica by Maxwell Residences is a stunning four-bedroom corner residence at Indah, offering 3,600 square feet of luxurious space, resort amenities, and concierge service.

Located in Conchas Chinas, one of Vallarta’s most exclusive neighborhoods, the residence combines expansive accommodations with exceptional ocean views and resort-style services.

The Space

This south-facing, 14th-floor residence accommodates up to 10 guests and features spectacular ocean views and sunsets. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the spacious outdoor dining area and comfortable loungers.

The spacious bedrooms connect to en-suite bathrooms, three of which also offer incredible ocean views. The living and dining areas are surrounded by retractable glass doors that open toward the ocean, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor living experience.

• An additional-person fee applies per night after the sixth guest.
• Pets are allowed for an additional $200 fee.

Guest Access and Important Information

• A resort fee of MXN $518 per night, not per person, is payable at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from Maxwell Residences.
• A MXN $5,000 security deposit will be requested on your credit card at check-in and released after the property is inspected at departure.
• Outside drinks, alcohol, food, and snacks are not permitted in the pool areas.
• Beginning March 1, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest identification at the entrance.

Concierge Service

The concierge team is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can assist with:

Restaurants and Bars

• The third-floor bar opens at 2:00 p.m.
• Dinner service is available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• The rooftop terrace restaurant and bar is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Room service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• The restaurant accepts credit and debit cards only.

Pools

• Rooftop terrace infinity pool and hot tub: Open from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Third-floor terrace infinity pool and hot tub: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Fitness Center

The fully equipped, ocean-view fitness center is open 24 hours a day. No reservation is required.

Private Parking

One parking space is available in the underground garage.

Directions

1. Head south on Highway 200.
2. Turn right onto Santa Barbara.
3. Take the immediate short left onto Amapas.
4. Turn immediately right to approach the Indah building entrance.

The entrance is approximately 100 feet down the road, behind the old but newly remodeled Casa Pedro.

About Indah

Indah is a privately owned condominium building with 46 units. Its staff provides a personalized vacation experience that differs from a traditional hotel stay. Guests enjoy the comforts of a private residence along with resort amenities and a dedicated team ready to enhance their visit.

Getting to the Beach

Take the cobblestone street outside Indah and follow it for approximately 200 meters. Turn right to reach the public beach.

House Rules

• Speakers are not permitted at the pool.
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• Music is not permitted on the balcony at any time.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on balconies.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Violations may result in immediate eviction.
