WOW! What an incredible house and saying goodbye was hard! This truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. Just steps from the house is a beautiful beach that you can walk and explore at low tide. We loved wandering along the surrounding beaches, and being able to hear the waves from throughout the house made the whole stay feel so peaceful. The hammock on the back balcony was my favorite spot and the perfect place to relax with a book while listening to the ocean. And the pool was the perfect bonus! The location was perfect. Close enough to town to explore the waterfalls or head out on a whale-watching tour, but far enough from the main road that you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the coast. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil getaway right on the ocean, we cannot recommend this place enough!

Wow, what a gem from Airbnb! The villa was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every luxury. Each room has its own air conditioning and plumbing, which offers a lot of privacy. The location is by far the most impressive, with the sea within walking distance and visible from the terrace, pool, master bedroom and even from the shower. We very much enjoyed our stay. We recommend the house to anyone. Ideal for families but undoubtedly also for friends. Each room can be locked separately. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The host was always available and responded immediately to questions. Lots of nice eateries nearby and fun activities for the family. Follow David and Natalia's tips, and you won't be disappointed. We went horseback riding, visited Manuel Antonio NP, the Catarata waterfall, went whale watching, and ate in the bistro and bakery, all according to David and Natalia's guidebook, and nothing was disappointing. We would definitely book again!

The stay was really nice. Natalia was very attentive and helped us with absolutely everything. The house is super spacious, with lots of light, and it has the best kitchen I've ever seen in an accommodation of this type. It's very well equipped. Cozy house, very nice host, great location

Wonderful home steps away from Playa Ballena. Spacious and simple. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Location is nice being halfway between Uvita and Ojochal.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Arena. Natalia was extremely responsive, the house was as advertised, the beach was only steps away and the whole experience peaceful and fulfilling. The house got hot during the day but AC units in the bedrooms made for comfortable sleeping.

As with all AirBnb listing I am always a bit suspicious, they are either avoiding something or creatively making it sound better than it is. This listing and property are the opposite. In my entire life I don't believe I have had a more profoundly positive experience on vacation. The property is right at the beach, the beach is virtually private and absolutely amazing. The house is clean, open, inviting with bathrooms for everyone and a true tropical paradise feel. The host's gave us the best recommendations of places to eat, things to do and were alwasy responsive when we had questions. I cannot recommend this property more, a gem.
