The Space

Residents and guests can enjoy multiple swimming pools, including an adults-only pool and a separate kids' pool with a play area. The clubhouse provides a gym for workouts, massage services for relaxation, tennis and paddleball courts, and proximity to La Isla Shopping Center.
Cleaning and meal preparation services are available for an additional fee.

Guest Access
A facility bracelet is required to access all amenities. Each guest receives one bracelet at check-in, which must be returned upon check-out. Lost bracelets incur a replacement fee.
Rules and Regulations
Guests must agree to comply with all facility rules at the time of booking:
- A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 MXN is required at check-in for incidentals. The deposit or any remaining balance will be returned at check-out.
- Facility bracelets are mandatory for entry to all common areas; one bracelet per guest is issued.
- Pools do not have lifeguards; use is at your own risk.
- Swimwear is required in all pool areas.
- Ice chests and glass containers are prohibited in pool zones.
- Play and games are restricted to designated areas and must not disturb other guests.
- Only white towels with the residential logo are permitted in pool and beach areas.
- Only swim diapers are allowed in pools; these can be purchased in the lobby if needed.
- Beach swimming and access are at your own risk.
- Each apartment has a maximum guest capacity that must not be exceeded. Visitors require prior notification for facility access.
- Noise and music should be kept moderate, especially in patio areas and during late hours, to avoid disturbing others.
- For safety, guests should not rent or purchase food, ATVs, or similar items outside the facility.
All purchases within the facility must be made using a prepaid card provided at check-in. Guests can reload the card during their stay. Any remaining balance will be refunded at check-out. Lost cards incur a 500 MXN replacement fee deducted from the balance or charged to the guest.

The apartment has a very good location. It still has some issues that need to be improved, but everything was great. The cleaning ladies and the food were excellent. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty on some TVs, and the air doesn't cool the air down that much. But everything was great.

Very spacious. Close to the pool and beach. Everything is very nice, clean, safe. There were three families, and we were all very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Excellent option in Acapulco Diamante. The best apartment I've ever rented on Isla Residences. There are too many things to do inside the condominium. The beach is less than 100 meters from the apartment. The umbrellas have limited availability, but we had no problem on the dates we stayed there. There are also good restaurant options and supermarkets relatively close by. I would definitely rent it again!

Great ground floor apartment. With a very large terrace that is very enjoyable! The location in the Bali tower, steps from the beach, is very convenient!! But the best thing about this place, without a doubt, is Nohemí, who helped us with the cleaning, cheered us up with her conversation, and made our stay much nicer. Thank you, Nohemí! We will be back soon!

The beach is very nice. The residential development offers plenty of things to do. The apartment is in a beachside tower; that's a big plus! The spacious rooms can accommodate 10 guests. It's very comfortable. Perfect if you're looking for a family vacation without leaving the complex.
