The Space

This spacious first-floor apartment features four bedrooms and offers direct access to the beach. It is ideal for groups and is situated within the gated, upscale Isla Residences Bali Tower.

Residents and guests can enjoy multiple swimming pools, including an adults-only pool and a separate kids' pool with a play area. The clubhouse provides a gym for workouts, massage services for relaxation, tennis and paddleball courts, and proximity to La Isla Shopping Center.

Cleaning and meal preparation services are available for an additional fee.

Guest Access

A facility bracelet is required to access all amenities. Each guest receives one bracelet at check-in, which must be returned upon check-out. Lost bracelets incur a replacement fee.

Rules and Regulations

Guests must agree to comply with all facility rules at the time of booking:

1. A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 MXN is required at check-in for incidentals. The deposit or any remaining balance will be returned at check-out.
2. Facility bracelets are mandatory for entry to all common areas; one bracelet per guest is issued.
3. Pools do not have lifeguards; use is at your own risk.
4. Swimwear is required in all pool areas.
5. Ice chests and glass containers are prohibited in pool zones.
6. Play and games are restricted to designated areas and must not disturb other guests.
7. Only white towels with the residential logo are permitted in pool and beach areas.
8. Only swim diapers are allowed in pools; these can be purchased in the lobby if needed.
9. Beach swimming and access are at your own risk.
10. Each apartment has a maximum guest capacity that must not be exceeded. Visitors require prior notification for facility access.
11. Noise and music should be kept moderate, especially in patio areas and during late hours, to avoid disturbing others.
12. For safety, guests should not rent or purchase food, ATVs, or similar items outside the facility.

All purchases within the facility must be made using a prepaid card provided at check-in. Guests can reload the card during their stay. Any remaining balance will be refunded at check-out. Lost cards incur a 500 MXN replacement fee deducted from the balance or charged to the guest.

Additional Notes

• Only white towels and ice chests are allowed on the beach and by the pools.
• Transportation within the facility is available to reach the clubhouse, pools, and beach areas.
