Wildlife is abundant here; sloths often inhabit the trees above the pool, and you can expect to see butterflies, hummingbirds, toucans, parrots, and monkeys visiting daily.

All bedrooms have private entrances and include large, comfortable beds, air conditioning, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and private bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped with all the conveniences and comforts you need to feel at home. There are multiple indoor and outdoor dining options available.

One of the highlights of this property is the vibrant, lush garden and the rancho that surrounds the very private pool. The outdoor seating areas provide plenty of space to relax in the sun or shade, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Costa Rica. From this home, you can not only see the ocean but also hear its soothing sounds. Playa Linda, a favorite undeveloped beach, is just 15 minutes away.

The home is situated within a community just five minutes from the cool beach town of Dominical. Playa Linda, an easily accessible and undeveloped beach, is only a 15-minute drive away.

Guest Access and Maintenance

Access to the property requires a 4x4 vehicle (no exceptions). To maintain the garden and pool’s beauty, maintenance is scheduled every Thursday. The crew works efficiently to minimize any disruption to your stay.
