The house is located just 1.20 hrs from Mexico City, just 10 minutes from Six Flags Water Park, 26 km from Tepoztlán and 5 minutes from Atrios Shopping Center: Walmart, Sams, etc.
The space It is a super large and cozy house, consisting of 6 rooms, all with their own bathroom and a living area (dining room, living room, kitchen and TV). All areas are exclusive and private for guests.

Use of the Boiler: If you want to heat the pool, we have two modes: A) 1000 pesos are charged for the first day and 500 for each subsequent day to heat the pool water to a temperature between 26-28 degrees C. B) 1000 pesos are charged on the first day and 800 on each subsequent day for heating the pool and keeping it at a temperature between 28 and 30 C.

Cooking service and/or room cleaning staff: A) 10 guests or less: 500 pesos for cook service or 700 for cook and maid service B) 11-16 guests: 600 pesos for cook service or 850 for cook and maid service C) 17-20 guests: 1000 pesos for the service of 2 cooks or 1000 for the service of a cook and a maid.
- Staff hours are from 9:00am-4:30pm.
-Air conditioning: the rooms have ceiling fans. If you want to use the air conditioner in the rooms, it costs 1000 Pesos per night or 200 Pesos per room, per night.
-The rate is for 16 people. If there are more guests, 500 pesos p/p per extra night and visits, 250 pesos p/p per day are charged. We accept a maximum of 20 guests in total. (Please let us know before you arrive if you will be receiving extra guests or visitors.)
-The house is pet friendly, we only ask you to let us know in advance about your pets. Each pet costs 500 pesos per trip or 1000 if you don't let us know beforehand.
-Check-out time is at 1:00 pm. In case of leaving after this time, an extra night is charged. (There is a possibility of leaving later, talking to us in advance, as long as it does not affect the arrival of the next guest.)

Guest access Note: The house is located in the countryside, so the last 4 blocks to get there are unpaved.
Other things to note Please take care of the property and furniture. If you are traveling with pets, we ask you to pick up/clean when they go to the bathroom or otherwise a 1000 pesos fine or the value of the furniture to be washed or repaired will be charged.
The maximum number of guests allowed is 20 people, including children and adults.
If you wish, apart from the fans, there is air conditioning in the rooms, at an extra cost. This is priced at 200 pesos per room, per night. Note: If you rent it, we ask you to keep the doors closed, otherwise, its use will be suspended without a refund.

Excellent space, super spacious, incredible to spend a few days, the service was incredible, we recommend rapas for the elderly, because it has steps at the entrance, other than that everything was perfect 💯

The place is ideal for large groups, the service from Yes and Armando is very good, very attentive and very kind, they cook delicious food!!! The facilities are excellent for children and teenagers!!! The pool is always clean and at a good temperature, the beds and pillows are very comfortable! In general it would be good if it were given more maintenance, the TVs in the rooms did not work (only some), some things were broken (1 piece of furniture and sink faucets), the refrigerators are very old, one hardly cooled and the largest has a lot of rust, there was a part under construction which we were not informed about until we arrived and we would have preferred to know since we were going with children of various ages. It is important to mention that we found several scorpions. We know that this is normal in the area, even if it is fumigated. Due to the climate, they appear. If you are afraid of these animals, take this into account. We really enjoyed the spaces, the court, the tumbling, the fire pit and everything. We'll be back for sure!

A very friendly host, true to the listing, super comfortable, what is shown is what you get, the place is very clean, the pool is quite clean and great for all kinds of situations, the service provided by Mr. Armando and his partner is more than comfortable, they are attentive at all times and care about the guest, it is definitely an experience I would repeat, thanks to their warm hospitality. That said, you have to be careful with insects, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

La Escondida is a great place just as described. It is big and communication with the host was great. Armando and his wife, the house helpers were very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are basic as per the photo. They only have fans and AC has an extra charge. As it was too hot we didn't require heating the pool. I'll definitely recommend the place to others particularly with kids (there is a bit jumping and football area). Jacuzzi is great too.

I exceed my expectations for the accommodation, independent rooms of the common area, with all the amenities one is looking for, ample parking, air conditioning, wifi, secure the entire property, the pool unsurpassed and very clean, the number of trees is magnificent. Like the other comments, the quality and warmth of the attention of Mr. Armando and Mrs. Yessenia make this property my favorite in Morelos. We will be back for sure. They also recycle the water, it has some beautiful dogs that they care for.
