This 900-square-meter quinta combines the character of a historic building with the comfort of a modern renovation. Designed by a German family and renovated this year, the house preserves its original character while providing contemporary amenities.

The house accommodates up to 15 guests in bedrooms equipped with quiet fans and remote controls. Indoor and outdoor social areas, Wi-Fi, and complete amenities provide comfort for large families.
An additional charge of COP 100,000 per night applies for each extra guest, up to a maximum of 20 people.

Casa Quinta is intended for quiet family stays. After 11:00 p.m., guests are asked to keep music at a low volume to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. The property is not suitable for nighttime parties; it is designed for families to spend time together and rest.
Check-in and check-out times are generally flexible when the calendar permits. Check-out must be completed on time so the house can be prepared for the next guests. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged as an additional night.

Gilma and Cristian provided excellent service. They were always very attentive to everything we needed. The house was great for our group of 13 people. It has all the necessary amenities and is just three blocks from Villeta's main park. So you feel secluded on an estate in the heart of town with all the benefits of having everything close by. The furniture and decor are spectacular.

The stay was really good. We were received really well by Ms. Gilma, a lovely person. The only thing is that there's no air in the bedrooms. It was getting really hot, but we'll be back. It was great.

Incredibly nice hosts. Very good communication; they are very accommodating. The geographical location is excellent; the house is in the village, but as soon as you enter, you feel like you're in the countryside. Adequate kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and bedrooms, all with fans. We enjoyed our stay at Viviana's place. The only thing that "disappointed" us a little was the temperature of the pool. The only brave ones were the children, and occasionally a few adults, but for no more than 10 minutes. On the other hand, the elderly just got their feet wet... Our favorite is more for the people who made our stay go very well: A big thank you to Gilma, Lorena, Christian and Nini. People in Colombia are so nice, and they only confirmed that!! Thank you all!!!

The hosts' service was very good. They were very friendly and always willing to help. The place was good for the stay. Everything was clean and organized, and it was very comfortable for everyone. We had a pleasant time as a family. I would just recommend fixing the stove, but otherwise everything was very good.

We spent an excellent long weekend at this house in Villeta with my family. The experience was very pleasant from day one: the house was impeccably clean, very well maintained and with comfortable spaces to rest and spend time together. The location was another big plus, as it's very close to downtown and allows easy access to restaurants, shops and other places of interest without the need for long trips. The atmosphere is perfect for family trips, with spacious and quiet areas to enjoy as a group. It's definitely a place we would recommend for those looking for comfort, a good location, and an ideal space to spend a few days relaxing with family.
