The Space
This family home belongs to a Costa Rican artist and is decorated with her paintings and stained-glass artwork. Designed for family getaways, it offers a peaceful setting within a residential condominium and is well suited to relaxed family gatherings.
The house is a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach south of Jacó, considered the nicest section of the beach for walking and swimming. It is away from the city’s busy activity while remaining close to the conveniences of town.
The washer and dryer are located in the door adjacent to the garage, on the right as you enter the house.
Guest Access
Parking is available for three vehicles:
- Two vehicles in the garage
- One vehicle in front of the house within the condominium
The pool and rancho are shared with the other homes in the condominium. After using these common areas, please take your belongings with you.
Important Information
This is a family-oriented condominium and a family vacation home. Please observe the following rules:
- No parties
- No loud noise
- No smoking inside the house, on the property, or in the surrounding premises
- No outside visitors
- Do not hang towels or clothing from the balcony

Beautiful house, in good condition, away from the noise, yet close to everything: beach, stores and restaurants (by car). Medium-sized pool, protected from direct sunlight by vegetation, practically all to ourselves, few houses in the condominium. Many beds, suitable for a large group, although there were only 6 of us. Privacy from one bedroom to another. Kitchen equipped for many more. We were able to accommodate 3 cars on the property. Every question was answered and resolved promptly. Jacó has improved a lot, and we will return to this same place. We were very pleased.

Great house for our family with kids and elderly grandparents. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach and the pool was great! We recommend this house for your stay in Jaco.

The house is very comfortable and very nice. It's excellent that it has air conditioning throughout the house. At least on this date, the condominium was very quiet, and the pool was quite large. The hosts responded quite quickly via the Airbnb messaging system. Maybe a hair dryer would be the only item they could add. Overall, the value for the price is very good

Maria’s place was perfect for what we needed! The location was amazing. We were in town for a dance conference, and everywhere we needed to be was just a few minutes away. The master bedroom and bathroom were top notch and the pool was such a refreshing place to unwind and relax after long days of dancing. We also really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. Security checking us in each time we entered the condos also made us feel very safe and secure throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us, Maria!

Excellent place, very comfortable, just like the photos, close to the beach and downtown. A very quiet place; the only thing is that pets are allowed only in the house, as they are not permitted in the pool area, ranch, or green spaces.

This is a great condo off not far from the main strip. We had six adults and had no problems moving around. The place was clean and fully furnished. The location has a gated front entrance, but no physical security guard like other places do, but it still felt very safe. We needed to reach out to the host a few times and she was always super responsive, professional, and friendly. The one and only downside to this location is that it is right on a somewhat-busy street so, from the main bedroom, you'll be able to hear the trucks and loud motorcycles on and off throughout the night.
