Villas Costa Bella is situated in a highly desirable area of Playa Guiones, just a three-minute walk from the beach. It is also conveniently close to a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.
The Space
This studio features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hotplate, and air fryer, ideal for preparing light meals and snacks.
The private patio includes two chairs and a small table overlooking the pool area and rancho. A shared barbecue is available in the rancho for guest use.
Design and Layout
Villas Costa Bella showcases tropical contemporary architecture that blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Playa Guiones. Studio #1 is one of five units on the property. All units share access to the pool and the rancho, which offers a barbecue and dining space. The property is designed to provide maximum comfort in a tropical setting.
Guest Access
Registered guests gain entry through a keyless gate and have access to their individual units. Just inside the gate, there is parking space for bicycles, quads, and golf carts. Each unit has its own private patio, and all guests can use the pool and deck area.
Additional Information
Towels and linens in each studio are changed twice weekly. Guests may opt for personal laundry service onsite with next-day turnaround or use the nearby Super Wash laundry service located approximately 200 meters away.

I loved Villas Costa Bella so much, I extended my stay!! Susan was responsive and accommodating. Reiner and Adrianna were absolutely wonderful!! Villas Costa Bella is perfectly located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and Organico Market while also offering peace and solitude when some downtime is needed. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. Looking forward to staying again!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Susan’s villla! Central location close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, yet very private and peaceful. Short walk to the beach. The pool area and rancho were incredible for afternoon lounging with lots of lush greenery and comfy seating options. The Villa was lovely, comfortable and clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Susan was easy to communicate with and was kind to accommodate us with an early check-in and storage for our luggage after check out as well. Would highly recommend this spot!!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and private place to stay in Nosara, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s place. It was very clean and well taken care of. It was central to everything - walkable to the beach, many delicious restaurants and shops. Having a pool to cool off in during the hot Costa Rican afternoons was also a benefit.
