Cute house in a great location.

Wonderful stay and Omar was very responsive. We lost power only for about 2 hours and he helped immediately to get it back on. Highly recommend!

We liked the house very much, we will definitely come back when we return to Avellanas.

We loved the house and the location. It’s a short drive or nice walk to Avellanas beach. Set off the main roads so it’s quiet and peaceful with absolutely no road noise. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. We slept well at night with the noise of frogs and enjoyed the sound howler monkeys with our morning coffee. Ignacio the caretaker kept the grounds looking kept and was there waiting for us soon arrival. Communication was great when our google maps crapped out finding the location and we arrived without too much delay. Cold AC in the bedrooms if it’s too warm at night. This is the nicest area of Guanacaste if you’re there for peace, quiet and good surf. Lots of nice restaurants and sodas around. We ate at Cactus Restaurant every other night! Looking forward to returning and hopefully Omar’s place will be available to book. Pura Vida!!

Omar's house is very nice super cool and very safe I loved coming back with my family again in the future it is very nice and very well cared for and the pool is excellent, very beautiful.

Omar's casa is very beautiful and it feels safe . Ignacio, the caretaker of the place was very friendly and attentive to make us feel good. The location of the casa is great, lots of restaurants nearby. An exceptional beach about a 20-minute walk for beginners and surfing intermediaries. We definitely enjoyed our stay!:)

Great headquarters to explore all the surrounding beaches. Walking distance to a few beaches and to the local “Esquina” with restaurants and a small play area for kids. Basic amenities and a lot of nature around, sometimes inside the house :). The house manager Ignacio is wonderful and very helpful.

6 guests Beautiful and very safe house. Everything was perfect The pool is in my opinion the convenience which is essential after big days at 30 degrees. The outdoor setup with hammock, charcoal stove, large dining table, fenced with lots of vegetation, private parking, etc. Very clean bedrooms and a large kitchen with island. We rented for 10 days and had a 4x4 truck Avellanas beach is just 10 minutes away. A very large beach with lots of waves. Great for surf lovers. Sunset is beautiful late afternoon 30 Minutes to Tamarindo Several restaurants nearby Several beaches accessible by truck Several activities 1h30 max by truck: volcano, hiking, zip line, deep sea fishing, etc. The highlight of this casa: Ignacio and his wife. They live behind the casa and do maintenance/surveillance. They're really awesome! They repair , maintain pool, etc...

Our stay was super nice! Omar and Ignatius, who welcomed us, were very polite and helpful. The house is well located for those who are looking for a little bit of tranquility and nearby beaches. We had a great experience.
