The four-bedroom layout accommodates up to 12 guests:
- One bedroom with a king-size bed and crib
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed and double bed
- One bedroom with two double beds
- One bedroom with a double bed
An open-plan living and dining area flows into the fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable setting for everything from morning coffee to family meals. Outside, the private heated pool offers a relaxing place to enjoy the day.

Guests have full access to the villa, including:

Tamarán Beach Club Access
Guests receive complimentary daily access to the Tamarán Beach Club for up to eight adults. The club offers pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, sports courts, kayaks, and dining.
- Children aged three and under enter free. Children older than three are charged as adults.
- Additional adults pay $500 MXN per person per day, including a $250 MXN food and beverage credit, $250 MXN access fee, and towel.
- Towels are not included with complimentary access. Towel rental is available for $30 MXN.
- Beach access begins at 7:00 a.m.
- The kitchen is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- The beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.
- Sports courts include paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis, subject to availability.
- More information is available at the beach club reception.
- Outside food and beverages, coolers, thermoses, and speakers are not permitted.
- The on-site restaurant serves local food and drinks; prices may vary.
The beach club is operated by a third party, so its rules, amenities, hours, and pricing may change without prior notice.

The villa is located just minutes from Bucerías, Punta Mita, and Sayulita, making it a convenient base for exploring Riviera Nayarit.

- Nearby construction may create noise from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, work ends at 2:00 p.m.
- The beach club is currently undergoing a small construction project.

I want to thank Alejandra for her excellent service and for always being attentive and helpful to us. An excellent host!! The place and the house are very nice and very spacious, and the decor is tasteful. The pool temperature was perfect. My children didn't want to get out. Each of the rooms has air conditioning. The cookware and utensils needed to prepare food. The entire house has lighting that highlights its interior design. We felt right at home. I would definitely come back! Thank you...

A super relaxing place, very accessible hosts, very spacious, comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen, very clean pool, very clean. I highly recommend this accommodation. We had no problems and had a great time. Keep in mind that you cannot bring drinks, food or speakers into the beach club, but if you are looking for quiet and relaxation, this is the ideal place 👌
