This place was very clean, it had beautiful lighting and we saw Iguanas right outside. The villa looks like the pictures, even down to the 3 pools. It was easy to get to places to eat via walking or on the bus. This place is off the bus line, and the bus will take you to the airport, the markets and the parties. If you take Uber it is not expensive in US dollars. Anytime we needed something the host were very responsive when we got lost the first day she was nice and waited for our party to arrive to the airbnb. She did put very detailed information about the place, but she still waited for us and explained how everything works.

The house was perfect for our stay! It was in the perfect area; quiet, but still had the beach and all amenities nearby. The hosts were so responsive and did all they could to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel in Cancun!

Marion was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. Home was nice and quiet. walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Security guys were also very nice.

Family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. Location can't be beat. Three bedrooms/3 bathrooms was fabulous! Plus lots of common space. Overall complex was quiet. Marian was incredibly responsive and flexible. Parking was easy and secure.

Had a great time in this Airbnb. A nice highlight for our group was each room had its own bathroom. The place was clean, the pools were great to spend time in, and it was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Marian is very nice and responsive, but the house is ready for renovation and absolutely not family friendly. Everything is ols, no lights, full of stairs. Everything smelled old. Iguanas were all over the place around the house. Old and dirty common pool. Luxkily, the house is close to zona hotelera so we spent all the time on the beach hotel which was aditional cost. It is so uneasy to approach the house with the luggage. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.

Excellent accommodation option, the house is large, clean, safe and pleasant to go with a large group of family and/or friends. Everything matched according to the listing. Marian and Narda were so friendly and attentive. Their communication was clear and as needed.
