Known as “1001 Arabian Nights,” this charming villa in the heart of Los Balcones lives up to its name. The spacious home is centered around a beautiful stone courtyard, where exquisite décor is paired with luxurious amenities.

The villa can accommodate groups of up to 17 people while maintaining a comfortable, home-like atmosphere for smaller parties.

Each spacious bedroom provides a peaceful retreat after a day exploring San Miguel de Allende. All bedrooms include smart TVs and timeless décor, while four feature private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy luxurious linens, blankets, pillows, and 25-centimeter bio-rhythmic memory foam mattresses.

San Miguel de Allende is one of Mexico’s most charming cities, celebrated for its vibrant culture and arts scene. The villa is located in one of the city’s most affluent neighborhoods, less than a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride from downtown restaurants and boutiques.

• Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel: Visit this iconic landmark, one of San Miguel de Allende’s most famous attractions, and admire its historic architecture and tranquil atmosphere.
• El Charco del Ingenio Botanical Garden: Explore this distinctive botanical garden, home to more than 200 species of cacti and other desert plants.
• Hot-Air Balloon Ride: Enjoy a bird’s-eye view of San Miguel de Allende from a hot-air balloon.

Guest Access

• Self-check-in is available through the smart lock.
• A custom key code will be provided before arrival.
• HOLT staff may occasionally require access to the property. Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.
• In an emergency involving electricity, gas, flooding, heating, cooling, internet, pests, or safety concerns, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior approval.
• 24/7 check-in is available.
• Long-term stays are permitted.
• Guests have full and exclusive use of the main areas of the villa during their stay.

On-Site Staff

As is standard in Mexico, HOLT housekeeping staff live on-site. Two staff members live in the service area, which has a separate entrance and is separated from the main living space.

Parking

Free street parking is available directly outside the property. Although the property has a garage, it is not available for guest use.

Work From Home

Ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home through Ubiquiti UniFi, with download speeds of up to 500 Mbps and virtually no downtime. Dedicated workspaces are available in three bedrooms.

Family Amenities

For guests traveling with children, the property can provide the following upon request or for rent:

Additional Information

Damage Coverage

Guests must submit payment details for either a security deposit or a damage waiver. The available options are:

• A non-refundable damage waiver of $53.50 USD covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear, excluding house-rule violations
• A refundable security deposit of $500 USD, held on the payment method before check-in and released after the stay if no damage is found

Guests may choose either option.

Breakfast and Cleaning

Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request after booking confirmation. At least 24 hours’ notice is required.

For same-day arrival bookings, breakfast is available beginning on the second morning of the reservation.

Events

Weddings, events, and special occasions may be hosted at the property. Please message the host before booking to confirm whether your event is possible.

A venue fee and security deposit are required in addition to the accommodation. The venue fee is calculated according to the total number of guests. The property can accommodate up to 120 guests, including overnight guests.

Rental Agreement and Identification

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification, and provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.

HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued identification document for each guest included in the reservation.

Laundry Service

HOLT can arrange laundry services upon request.

Pets

This is a pet-friendly property. A sanitation fee of $50 USD per pet applies.

Guests who do not disclose that they are bringing a pet and are found to have done so by the team will be charged a $500 USD fee.

Security Cameras

The property has an exterior CCTV security camera covering the entrance. There are no recording devices in private areas of the property.
