It was a really nice place. Perfect to celebrate my kid fifth birthday. It’s only 10 minutes away from the beach. We felt at home.

In our opinion, the best thing about location is the location. Close to San Juan but isolated from everything in the jungle. Peace of mind. The kitchen is so well appointed and Amelia and Walter respond quickly. Some things need to be repaired, especially the maintenance of the terrace furniture and common areas where the pool is located. Even so, the stay has been very good and we love the community.

Thank you for a lovely stay! It's quiet, in the mountains A little far from the beach on the other hand but the jungle is really nice and cooler. Howler monkey in the morning and lots of butterflies and birds at all times It was very nice

Great month-long family stay! We loved our stay, the accommodation is very large. We have 4 children and we could have accommodated two other guests, no problem. Super functional kitchen, pleasant and kind neighbors. Walter is more than great, he is efficient and makes sure everything goes smoothly for us. The shared swimming pool is great too, we sometimes meet neighbors (expats, locals), but often we were alone. We heard and seen: howler monkeys, parrots, opossum, all kinds of birds. Well located in relation to the city and the seafront, it takes a car/motorcycle because a little far on foot (4.75 km), even if we did it a few times and it was a great experience. Bus stop at the bottom of the hill too. The climb is a little difficult by car (Toyota Yaris), but it worked for us in the dry season. Amélia responds super quickly and fixed a problem with the Jacuzzi in a few days. In short, we recommend it. We'll be back:)

Millie’s place has done one of my favorite things in the hotel/Airbnb industry - undersell and over deliver! Walter the cuidador is super friendly and helpful, the photos don’t do it justice 😊😊 It’s peaceful, conveniently close to town without any of the party noise. Everything is clean and comfortable. Great value for what you get.

The house itself is excellent, the layout of the rooms and the whole house is excellent, at first we had problems arriving at the bathrooms but Walter very kindly solved it, separate point is the access to the property that the street is bad but that is not a problem with the property otherwise excellent, super recommended.
