The home features a large primary suite on the first floor with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom. Sliding glass doors open onto the patio with peaceful ocean views. Upstairs, there are two ensuite guest bedrooms: one with two twin beds that can be combined into a king, and another with a queen bed. Both rooms have balconies overlooking the ocean. The house comfortably accommodates up to six adults.

Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, a swimming pool, outdoor patio area, wireless internet, and Smart TVs. Housekeeping is provided every other day, and gardening staff maintain the grounds. An in-home catering service is available as an optional add-on.

In the event of a power outage, a battery backup system automatically activates to power lights and fans, though air conditioning will not operate during this time.

Please note a mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana.

Rates and Booking Policy

• Special introductory rate: $500 per night for up to 6 guests
• Holiday rate (December 24 - January 2): $750 per night for up to 6 guests

Booking requires a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance, along with any airport transportation and meal plan fees if applicable, is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Guests have full access to the entire villa and will use a lockbox for entry. The house is fully accessible from arrival to departure. Interaction with the host is flexible; assistance is available by phone during business hours for activity planning and local guidance.

Distance from Airports

Casa Tortuga is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua. Alternatively, Liberia Airport in Costa Rica is about 3 hours away, requiring a border crossing. Transportation assistance for border crossing and airport transfers is available for an additional fee.

Vehicle rentals are recommended, preferably 4x4s, due to road conditions. Driving at night without a guide is not advised. Rental vehicles can be delivered to the villa at no extra charge. Having a vehicle allows access to surf breaks such as Playa Colorado, Panga Drops, and Los Perros. A back road within Rancho Santana leads to a surf parking area and a popular taco restaurant, with easy access to nearby surf spots.
