The apartment was very clean and exactly as on pictures. Me and my girlfriend felt very safe walking around in the neighbourhood during the day and at night. Overall, we wouldn’t doubt staying here again.

We always stay in this area because it is safe and close to La Sabana. Pros : The best thing about this SKY Garden Building is the very friendly staff who are looking to help you with everything, but I felt that it is more focused on single people, young people with dogs (it has a dog park, but there is NO playground for children). The parking issue is in the tower, so you have to wait for the vehicle to come down, so taking it out is tedious in the end. It is more practical to walk or take an Uber. The apartment is small, so it is recommended for 1 person, maximum 2. We asked for help because the kitchen was not very well equipped and the Host helped us by bringing us a pot and pans. Cons or Negative: - I thought the bed would be more comfortable based on the description, that's why I chose this place, but in the end it wasn't that good :( - Check-out time is very early at 10:00 AM For families I prefer other buildings, but this is a good place for singles and pet lovers.

The apartment is very nice, cozy and well-equipped. The location is excellent and whenever I travel to San José I stay in this building because of its good amenities. The bed is comfortable and the shower has very good hot water. The only thing that discouraged me from staying one more night was that, upon arrival, I immediately received a message indicating a $25 charge if I was a little past the check-out time and the cleaning staff arrived. This is the first time I've been greeted with a warning like this. Personally, I feel warmer when communications are directly with the owners. With these kinds of policies, in some cases it may be more convenient to consider a hotel where it is possible to negotiate a delay or even a late check-out.

The map links do not take you to the listing but rather a residential area. The hotel name is listed on numerous buildings being it’s the name of the area so the word Sky must be manually entered into maps to arrive. There is no detergent provided even tho there is a laundry machine. Check out is firm even in emergency situations with fees threatened. There are also fees threatened that are not listed ie; if you want to extend your reservation you must extend it 24 hours prior. I did not incur fees for extending the day of check out however, they were insinuated and threatened. It would have been kind of the hosts to allow me an additional 30 min for check out but instead I had to extend an additional night. Other than that I would gladly and happily stay there again now knowing what I know. The area is peaceful, safe, there is a park for dog walking nearby (bring doggy bags), and cute restaurants. The place was clean and bed comfortable.
