This modern loft is situated in a safe and tranquil neighborhood surrounded by nature. It is located just 0.4 miles from the beautiful beach of Santa Teresa, making it an excellent choice for extended stays.
The loft was designed to maximize natural light with sliding glass doors that connect you to the surrounding environment. Each window is equipped with curtains for privacy when desired. The sleeping area includes its own spacious bathroom with hot water. The bedroom features air conditioning and a smart TV. Glass doors on both sides of the bedroom create the sensation of sleeping amidst the mountains, allowing you to enjoy starry nights from the comfort of your bed.
This comfortable and quiet loft also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a laundry space, providing everything needed to feel at home. A balcony overlooks the Santa Teresa mountains, offering beautiful views. Occasionally, you might spot local wildlife like a congo passing by, reflecting Villas Humana’s harmony with nature.

Location and Access
The access road to Villas Humana is currently being repaired and is expected to be completed by December 15, 2024. Until then, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for reservations before this date. After completion, the new cobblestone street will allow easy access for any type of vehicle.

- For stays under 14 nights, laundry service can be provided at a cost of $10 per wash.
- Guests staying more than 14 nights may use the laundry service up to twice a week.

We stayed a week, and we really felt at home away from home. The space is modern, well laid out, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you plan to cook, as we did (which is a big help considering the prices in Sta. Tere); overall, it is well equipped. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, which is always appreciated. It is on the third floor, so you have to climb stairs—it didn't bother us, but it's good to keep that in mind. One thing we loved was the peacefulness. There is no noise from parties or disturbances, and in the early morning, you can hear the Congo monkeys—we really enjoyed that connection with nature, although for light sleepers, it might be something to consider. The location is good, about 700 meters from the main street. In short: an absolutely fantastic stay in Santa Tere 🌴✨ We would definitely go back and recommend it.

We have had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb over the last few days. The location is fantastic, everything was exactly as described, and the place is truly gorgeous. It was very clean and maintained. The hostess was very nice and warm, which made our stay even more pleasant. A quick tip: If you are arriving by car, it is best to have a 4x4 or even a quad bike, as the access road can be a bit challenging. And as a special highlight, howler monkeys would come by every now and then – a real nature experience! We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place.

My stay with Natalia was very nice; I felt very comfortable! The monkeys came by every now and then. Natalia was very easy to reach, always responded immediately whenever I had questions, and she also proactively changed my flat tire, which was absolutely fantastic!! I’ll be back :)

Nice place surrounded by jungle, very quiet and immersive. A 4x4 is recommended, as the access road is not in great condition. The apartment itself is comfortable and well laid out. However, the shower pressure could be improved, and it would be helpful if basic amenities such as shampoo and hand soap were provided, as they were not available during our stay

The place was as shown in the photos, however the location is a bit complicated, you have to cross part of a river. There is no parking and there were not enough cleaning supplies. We practically had to wash the dishes with soap from the bathroom sink. There were no disinfectants to clean the kitchen either. Overall the place was fine but it was difficult to keep the kitchen clean. Also the shower does not have a door so there is a lot of water spillage when bathing and there are not enough things to clean it. I do not include cleaning between days of stay.

Excellent place! It offers everything you see in the photos! I had super clear communication with Natalia and she even helped me with another apartment to stay one more night. I highly recommend it!

Great place. Location, apartment and communication were all good. A bit more remote than I realized but still a great spot Only issue that happened was a rave that occurred on the property that surrounds the Airbnb one of the nights. Music went all night long until 4 or 5 in the morning meaning no sleep. Also nothing was offered to make up for the the inconvenience
