Modern loft in a safe and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. Just 0.4 mills away from the beautiful beach of Santa Teresa. Great option for long stays. The apartment includes: - Air conditioning - Wifi - Hot shower - Smart TV - Fully equipped kitchen - Parking in front of our property, with camera security - Pool and deck area for the enjoyment of our guests. THE ACCESS ROAD HAS BEEN COBBLED, SO YOU MAY ACCESS WITH ANY KIND OF VEHICLE! The space This loft was designed to have a lot of natural light, that is why it has sliding glass doors, which allows you to be in contact with the nature that surrounds Villas Humana. Each window has its own curtain, in case you would like to have privacy. The loft has a sleeping area with its own bathroom. It is a spacious bathroom that has hot water. In the bedroom area you have an air conditioner and a smart TV. On both sides of the bedroom you have glass doors that make you feel like you are sleeping in the middle of the mountain. At night while lying in bed, you can observe the stars in the sky. This loft is ideal for those looking for a quiet and comfortable space as it has a fully equipped kitchen space, a small living room, laundry area, and everything you need to feel at home. The loft has a balcony with a great view of the Santa Teresa mountains. Don't be scared if you suddenly see a congo passing by, Villas Humana, seek harmony with nature. Guest access The access road to Villas Humana is currently under repair with the goal of being completed no later than December 15, 2024, so for reservations prior to that date we recommend the use of a 4x4. After December 15, access to Villas Humana will be through a new cobblestone street, so access will be simple, and could be done by any type of vehicle. Other things to note The laundry service is only enabled for stays longer than 14 nights. Stays of less than 14 nights may have access to laundry service for a cost of $10 per wash. For stays longer than 14 nights, the use of laundry is allowed only 2 times a week.

J’ai passé 2 mois et demi dans un des appartements et c’était vraiment un excellent séjour. Le logement est vraiment super bien situé (à condition d’avoir un quad ou une voiture - même si ça peut se faire à pieds aussi) et je suis justement passée par Natalia pour louer le quad :) La vue sur la verdure depuis l’appartement au 3ème étage est juste magnifique ! Le logement était très propre et vraiment moderne, je m’y suis vraiment sentie comme chez moi ! Et Natalia a vraiment très réactive à chaque demande :) Le seul point à noter quand même : il y avait une construction qui avait lieu en permanence autour à ce moment-là et qui commençait tôt le matin, mais ça semble être le cas partout à Santa Teresa ! Ça ne m’a pas dérangée plus que ça et ça restait correct par rapport à d’autres endroits où je suis restée. Je sais que je serai de retour dans l’appartement quand je reviens ! Merci Natalia :)

Todo excelente, el lugar limpio, organizado, bien decorado, bonito y agradable. El único problema es el acceso, NO es apto para carros bajos o 4x2, la carretera de acceso está en muy mal estado y un carro bajo ingresa pero con mucha dificultad y se puede maltratar.

We felt like in home. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy of Santa Teresa. The road access is under construction so we didn’t had any problem, was pretty easy to get to the place.

het is een prachtig verblijf op een rustige plek! helaas geraakte onze huurauto niet helemaal tot boven, de weg is een beetje stijl. Natalia was zo vriendelijk om ons steeds met de quad op en af naar eat street te voeren, heel attent! bedankt voor dit verblijf, we hebben er van genoten!

Natalia and her team were wonderful; great communication, very helpful, and made the stay that much better. Would strongly recommend renting an ATV or vehicle with 4x4. The hill is walkable, though you'll work up a sweat. Definitely nice to have a vehicle for some of those journeys. A great place to explore Santa Teresa from, and some great recommendations from the host.
