This beautiful home offers four suites, including a spacious master king suite featuring a soaking tub, separate shower, private living area, and a private terrace with expansive ocean views. There is a junior king suite of similar size, while the third king suite overlooks the garden.
The bunk room is perfect for children, equipped with two full-over-queen bunk beds plus a full-over-full bunk bed, providing a central and fun space for kids to relax and sleep. Additionally, there is a king casita that offers extra privacy.
Arcos del Mar is a unique and roomy villa situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a large lot surrounded by gardens. Designed in a hacienda style, the home centers around a courtyard with a fountain. Viewing platforms line the hillside, offering breathtaking views of the beach and the Pacific Ocean. This property ensures maximum privacy.
Please note that garden maintenance may take place in November and December 2024, including laying new sod in muddy areas affected by recent rains. Efforts will be made to complete any garden work before your arrival or while you are out exploring. The three lounging platforms and furniture previously located at the front of the estate have been removed and will be replaced with sod, stones, and lounge chairs. Updated photos will be provided once this is finished.
The villa is perched above Playa Prieta, with direct access to the beach via a staircase or by car. The location offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding landscape.
Guests staying at the villa have access to the resort amenities, including the private Prieta Beach Club, Arnold Palmer Ocean golf course, and nearby tennis and pickleball courts.
Please note that guests are responsible for paying the Prieta Beach Club access fee on the days they visit. This fee is paid directly to the club.
"Stayed at Villa Arcos del Mar with a family of eight adults. The house is impeccable with huge spaces. Each suite feels like a luxury hotel room. The décor is stylish and ethnic, creating a magical vacation atmosphere. The large central courtyard and exterior hallways made me feel like I was in an old-world Spanish castle. The beach is accessible via a staircase or by car. We enjoyed a daily private chef for breakfast with custom eggs, fresh fruit, and amazing local coffee. The daily housekeeping was also a great convenience. The sun decks offer stunning views over Playa Prieta and the surrounding landscape. We spent mornings with coffee, afternoons with happy hour, and late nights enjoying the epic views. It was a truly luxurious experience that we will never forget. Highly recommended."

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our 12-day stay at Villa Arcos del Mar. The home was perfect, offering plenty of space and beautiful décor. The concierge arranged a chef for breakfast every morning, and the food was amazing. The staff were talented and friendly. One of the best features was the path and steps leading down to the beach and the Prieta Beach Club, which has excellent pools, gym, restaurants, and staff. We also visited the Four Seasons by golf cart for dinner several times. I cannot say enough good things about our vacation and we look forward to returning!"
